Started a warranty claim from the UK since it's a global company and they sell the same bag there. After three months of emailing back and forth all I got was a voucher that's not enough to replace it and won't buy any other bag on the website either. Would definitely not suggest this to anyone.

STAY AWAY! Having the exact same problems as the other one star ratings I've seen. My order from late November shows as shipped but I'm pretty sure it wasn't actually sent. I've been holding out for this Christmas gift like everyone else and this supposedly major brand can't even tell me when it'll arrive or give me real answers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I'm having the same problems as other recent reviews. Placed my order late November and it says shipped but I don't think it actually went out. I've been waiting ages for this Christmas present and so have others, yet the company won't give me any real delivery updates just email runarounds. Their phone lines are closed because they're swamped with holiday calls. Here's the thing Kate Spade, every retailer gets busy during the holidays but smaller companies manage to provide actual customer service and real tracking details. This is completely unacceptable.
