I bought a bag here in the US and within five months the strap detached from the body, even though I barely used it. The screw holding the strap clearly wasn't secured properly during manufacturing. I tried to get a replacement through the warranty process, but it turned into a three month ordeal of back and forth emails. In the end they offered me a voucher that doesn't even cover the price of the original bag, let alone any of the other options available. Very disappointed and I can't recommend this company.

Ordered shoes from a Black Friday sale in size 4 and they fit way too small, so I needed to exchange them for a size up. You only get three days to return stuff, so I sent them back the next day. I got confirmation they were on the way back but then nothing for a week. Tried emailing but the messages just bounced. Finally got a response saying they hadn't gotten my parcel yet and would process the exchange once they did. After another week of waiting I asked via message why it was taking so long and they said it was being processed but couldn't give me a straight answer about whether they actually had it. Three weeks after all this, I got an email saying my replacement shoes were being sent out. But then today I got another email saying they're out of stock now and I'm getting a refund instead. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I'm getting my money back, but I'm frustrated that they give you only three days to return something but then take three weeks to receive it and handle it.
