Once I got in the water though, the bottom part stretched out and wouldn't stay in place after a couple of strokes. I swim an hour almost every other day and drive almost an hour to get there, so I know my size. I own several other suits that fit fine. I contacted customer service asking for an exchange since the suit was faulty, not requesting money back. They wanted me to email pictures of it. Why would they need that for a simple swap? This company is costing themselves way more in lost business than an exchange would have. Save yourself the trouble and shop at places like Swim Outlet instead. There are tons of better options out there. As someone who runs a business and teaches, I know that making customers happy matters.
