My tracking showed it got delivered to a post office instead of my house, even though I paid extra for home delivery. I drove all over town to different post offices hunting for it with no luck. Every time I emailed them they said they were tracking it down. Now it's been months and I keep getting the same response about them still searching for my package. I asked for my five hundred dollars back but they keep telling me to wait. I'm starting to think I'll never see that money again.
Disappointed with how slow everything moves here. Finding information on their site is a hassle. There's also not much communication about what's happening with your order. Even when you pay that small fee for quick returns, the process still ends up being annoying.
Had a really bad experience here. I got a pricey swimsuit that didn't fit right. I sent it back with the tags still on, but they refused it because there was supposed to be some kind of outer sleeve that came with the original shipment and I didn't include it. I've never run into this issue before and it doesn't make sense since they have my shipment details on file. After all that, they offered me fifteen percent off my next order as if that would fix things.
Got my order of Speedo Sunny G goggles in today and I'm thrilled with them. They're fantastic and I love using them. The shipping was really quick considering it went internationally. I ordered them on the 5th and they showed up today on the 22nd. The team answered my questions super fast through email. Everything was perfect, would definitely shop here again!

Make sure you look at their return policy carefully before ordering! I bought a swimsuit that wasn't my size, so I asked for a different size which also didn't work out. I wanted to send the second one back still with all the tags attached to get my money back. This happens all the time when you're shopping for swimwear online. The problem is, after you do one exchange, they won't let you return anything else for that same purchase. You're stuck losing what you paid. Yeah, I should have read the whole return policy, but it's still not a good policy. I'd suggest buying somewhere else.

I get that swimsuits need to be tried on with tags intact if you want a refund. The thing is, different suits act differently in actual water versus just trying them on. I bought a red Nike two piece competition suit and it looked fine when I put it on before cutting the tags. Once I got in the water though, the bottom part stretched out and wouldn't stay in place after a couple of strokes. I swim an hour almost every other day and drive almost an hour to get there, so I know my size. I own several other suits that fit fine. I contacted customer service asking for an exchange since the suit was faulty, not requesting money back. They wanted me to email pictures of it. Why would they need that for a simple swap? This company is costing themselves way more in lost business than an exchange would have. Save yourself the trouble and shop at places like Swim Outlet instead. There are tons of better options out there. As someone who runs a business and teaches, I know that making customers happy matters.
Ordered a full set of gear after my swim bag was stolen. I figured I could manage without anything while waiting for delivery. Got an email four days later saying they wouldn't ship my stuff unless I paid double the amount I originally ordered. My payment had already cleared. I went back and forth with them several times asking for an explanation, and when I pointed out how wrong this was, they started being rude in their responses and basically said I wouldn't get anything. They did eventually give me a refund but not the full amount I paid. Go somewhere else for your swim gear. Their service is really bad and unreliable.
My item arrived in damaged condition and they won't take responsibility. The customer service has been terrible, acting like I'm making it up. They told me to reach out to the maker, which I already did, but they can't help since I didn't buy it through them. It's a really expensive swimsuit with a hole that I can't even use.
