The craftsmanship is excellent across the board. They've always been a pleasure to work with. I've collected eight pairs of their boots plus various clothes and gear and haven't been disappointed.

I had three pairs already and my wife loved their dresses, so I was ready to be their customer forever. Then I bought a pair as a gift for my stepfather and they were too snug. I requested an exchange and shipped them back right away, but the replacement never showed up. Weeks went by with nothing on my order status, it just said the warehouse was dealing with issues. Finally got someone in chat to help and learned they never had my size available. Instead of telling me, they just held onto my cash. It took forever to get them to admit they couldn't fix it. They kept my money with zero intention of either sending what I ordered or giving it back. My father-in-law didn't get his gift and they refused to do anything about it. Won't be ordering from them again and I hope others see this before making the same mistake. This place is not trustworthy.

I bought a pair of boots for $279 and noticed a small tear in the leather near the heel about a few months in. I figured it might be a material defect based on where it was and how it looked. They asked me to send pictures and then said it was water damage and normal wear, so they wouldn't cover it under warranty. They also said the boots seemed used and they couldn't tell how old they were. I've been wearing quality leather boots for years and never had this happen before. What really bothered me is that they didn't even offer any other options like fixing them or helping me out as a goodwill gesture. For a company that talks so much about how well made their boots are, I expected them to handle this better. It's changed how I feel about them.

I wish I could give zero stars for this. They sold me something that wasn't even in stock and then made everything worse by how they handled it. The whole thing ruined my holiday shopping experience. Their customer service team is incompetent and rude, and they won't even attempt to fix problems. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Got a pair several years back and still wear them regularly. I put them on maybe a couple times a week, but they've stayed in great shape through everything. They still look sharp and definitely feel like they were worth what I paid. Picked up some clothing items from them recently too and I'm satisfied with those as well.

Couldn't figure out how to leave a review on the website so posting here instead. The boots are comfortable and easy to break in but have some quality concerns. After three months, one of the heel counters started falling apart and became irritating. In the first year I had to glue down the heel cap because the rubber was coming off. Also within eighteen months, the dark blue color on the shaft has faded to a grayish tone.

These boots are fantastic. I got the Dean model for myself and they're so comfortable and look great on my feet. Next time I'm definitely trying the Earl.

I got my Annie boots at the mall location in Nashville and decided to have them customized with my sorority colors, pink and green. Everyone there was fantastic, especially my sales associate Gabrielle. The whole staff made the experience wonderful and I'm already thinking about my next pair. Tried to reach out to their team about my order but nobody bothered responding. The boots I got were way too large, and even when I ordered a smaller size, they still didn't fit right.

Their shipping is consistently quick too, usually three to four days, never longer than five. Definitely planning to order from them again.

Bought boots as a Christmas gift for my son who wears a wide fit. I specifically ordered the wide size but they still wouldn't go on. I sent them back and while I was waiting, I found out they make a zippered version that would've worked better. They wouldn't let me swap over to that. On top of it all, I'd gotten a pre-holiday discount and they refused to honor that price on an exchange. They told me I'd have to buy at full price instead.

Please refund my money. This whole experience has been really disappointing. Your company sent me a size 9.5D in an 11.5EE box. When I called to report the error, your size was actually available in stock at that moment. You should've swapped out and sent the right one since you already had my payment. But now you're saying nothing's available and you're offering either a refund or store credit even though you've had my money sitting there for over a month. This is unacceptable customer service. You won't be getting a positive review from me.

Got the Zane in ostrich and they fit perfectly. Super comfy right out of the box. Their team was incredibly helpful and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Really impressed overall.

Purchased the Daisy boots for $245 and made a terrible mistake at checkout. The shipping address auto-filled to a friend's house from a recent order, and when I tried to fix it before submitting, the system just went ahead and sent it to the wrong place anyway. Called them right away and they basically said there was nothing they could do about changing the address or canceling. It was completely my mistake to try to correct and they just didn't care. They were nice about it but basically told me tough luck. My friend had to deal with returning boots she never wanted. Only after a lot of pushing did they finally agree to help with the return process. They promised to investigate how this happened so it won't occur again, but honestly, why would I ever order from them again when I have zero control over where they actually ship? This whole situation could have been handled way better and they did basically nothing to make it right.
