We splurged on two expensive pillows directly from Tempur-Pedic, assuming we'd get great quality and great service. Unfortunately, when the package arrived at my boss's place while they were traveling, one pillow had a very noticeable yellow stain on it. After reaching out to the company, they refused to send a replacement. I'm really let down by this.

Watch out with this brand. My first mattress only held up for about two to three years. I should have learned then. Got a queen firm pro adapt for my second one and after three to four years I could only sleep on one side. The store where I bought it told me to put something heavy on each side and take pictures. For context, I was only 170 pounds during this whole time. I put a five gallon paint bucket on each corner and took photos. The good side dipped maybe an inch and a half, but the side I couldn't sleep on anymore sank five to six inches. The retailer agreed something was definitely wrong with the foam and submitted a warranty claim to Tempur-Pedic. They denied it. The retailer tried again and got denied again. I went directly to Tempur-Pedic myself hoping to get somewhere and just got the runaround. At this point my health has gotten much worse and I'm too exhausted to keep fighting. I'm warning you right now with complete certainty, do not buy a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Stay away from them entirely. You'll regret it down the road. Be a smart shopper and avoid this.

Got a tempurpedic mattress four years back and looking at the receipt I realized they sold me a 2019 model in 2022. That seems questionable legally. Me and my girlfriend have been waking up with hip and back pain ever since. I'm about to file a warranty claim but honestly these guys are known for rejecting them. Save yourself and buy something else. It's way too pricey for what you're getting.

This company doesn't allow pillow returns. We grabbed a couple of their memory foam pillows and found them really uncomfortable. Don't shop here. Their no-return policy is harsh, though I guess it makes sense when you're sending out pillows that will cause people constant neck pain.

It's shocking that they won't take back unopened items under any circumstances whatsoever.

The pillow wasn't what I expected, and they won't refund or exchange it even though it's sitting unopened in the box. Skip this brand.

Tempur-Pedic ran a promotion offering buy one get one free on certain items, but I never received my free item. I tried calling their support team. A supervisor took my call but hung up on me without actually trying to help or even listening. When I called back and asked to speak with someone else, I got put right back through to him. He hung up again without assisting at all.

Tempur-Pedic used to be a great company but now it's just a skeleton of what it once was, focused only on profits. They're excellent at hiring people whose main job is to reject warranty claims. They just repeat the same tired line about finding no issues. I had discoloration on sheets and a mattress protector that wouldn't stay tight, with lots of wrinkles and bunching. Looking at their website warranty information, my problems aren't listed as exclusions. The mattress protector is supposed to work on mattresses up to 16 inches and is supposed to stay tight and prevent shifting and wrinkles AS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE. That's either false advertising or a defect. The sheets warranty says they're free from material and workmanship issues for one year from purchase, with a full replacement if defective. There's no listed exclusion for discoloration. Yet Tempur-Pedic won't stand behind their products.

This is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. Honestly, you'd be better off pitching a tent outside or throwing a yoga mat on the floor. The quality is absolutely terrible. The mattress we got was crooked and uneven. We've filed four separate warranty claims and they keep rejecting them, requesting more photos each time (we've submitted thirty already). It seems like they deliberately frustrate customers until they give up and go away.

The Tempur adapt topper is supposed to be three inches but it's only two and a half even after letting it fully expand. That's a ripoff.
