First issue: sent back some Theraboots Pro Plus in early December (great product, just wrong timing) and still no refund after all this time. Second problem: asked for a return label on my Theraback and never got it, plus their refund timeline keeps slipping. Third thing: they charged me for something I just had sitting in my cart. No order email, no shipping info, product never showed up. When I reached out, they said they had no record of it. This company is completely unreliable and I'm done.
This is really disappointing. I've gotten two Theragun Minis that were dead on arrival - the Mini 2 first, then the Mini 3. Neither would turn on right out of the box, just a light with zero response. These aren't budget items, and having the same problem twice with different models is inexcusable for a company of their size. Their customer service made things worse instead of better. With the first one, they basically told me to toss it rather than fix it or help. That experience was so bad that I'm not even trying to troubleshoot the second one. I'm returning it immediately because I'm not wasting more energy on a brand that doesn't stand by what they sell. I really wanted these to work out, but two broken units have completely killed my trust in their quality. Can't recommend them.
Paid a lot for a Theragun Prime after reading that it had an app to guide you through proper technique and automatically adjust intensity and duration for different muscle groups. It worked a few times and then stopped syncing via Bluetooth. Sent it back for a replacement and the new one wouldn't even connect to Bluetooth from day one. Contacted support and they said they'd only take returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and wouldn't budge. They messed up twice and basically told me I was out of luck. This was one of the worst and priciest customer service situations I've dealt with.
I thought this was a premium company with excellent support, but honestly it's been the worst company experience I've ever had. Not exaggerating at all. Their support team just seems like they're clocking in until the paycheck arrives. I imagine they sit around laughing at how frustrated customers are. If I ran Therabody, I'd clean house completely.
Placed a larger order with multiple items and after everything arrived, some went on sale the next day. Reached out to their support team about the price difference and they actually gave me a refund for it. Seriously impressive service.
