Don't order from this company if you actually expect to get your purchase. Placed an order over two weeks ago and neither the store nor the courier can find my package or give me a real delivery date. Keep getting promises that it's coming but nothing has shown up. Their customer service team is basically useless. Tried calling several times, and every time I get through and give them my order details, they just hang up without explanation. Emailed them too but just got excuses about warehouse issues. They haven't made any real attempt to locate my parcel or get it delivered.
The Belfast location is fantastic. When you first walk in it doesn't look that big, but it's actually quite spacious and really well stocked. The team members are great about offering help whenever you need it. I grabbed some canvases for my daughter and the three-for-two deal is an awesome value. Walk by there most days and the store is always clean, organized, and busy.

She helped me grab items from a high shelf I couldn't reach, and when I wanted more puppets than were on display, she went to the back when I was paying and found additional ones so I could get everything I needed. Her service was fantastic and she's a real asset to the company!
