I've been trying to get an order through since late March and have had several back and forths with customer service both through email and phone calls. Still nothing. My payment shows as pending because the site won't confirm the order. They told me to wait a day or two, which I did, and still no luck.

I bought a Tory Burch watch over three years ago and it barely gets worn, but a part inside the face has come loose and is now rattling around inside. This is clearly a defect from manufacturing, not from how I've been using it. But Tory Burch won't take responsibility for it. They just send you to their partner company for watches and tell you to deal with them instead. You have to mail it back at your own cost with insurance before you even know what the repair will run. Every response from Tory Burch is polite but basically unhelpful. They've completely washed their hands of supporting their own product after purchase. If I wanted a watch from that partner company, I would have bought one. I picked Tory Burch because of the name and the design and the promise of quality. But my experience with them after something went wrong has been really disappointing. I can't recommend buying their watches. If something breaks, you're on your own to fix it.

Purchased a bag on April 19 from duty free and by late May it looks beat up with scratches everywhere and the leather is damaged. It's really frustrating because it seems like they don't care about making quality products. I want to return it and get my cash back.

I'm really let down by my whole experience with Tory Burch, both the items themselves and how they handle customers. I bought a luxury handbag thinking it would last forever, but the same design flaw showed up twice. That's not normal wear and tear, that's a real manufacturing problem. When I brought it up, Tory Burch wouldn't give me my money back. They only offered store credit or said I could pay to fix it myself. A brand at this price point should stand behind what it makes, but instead they're dodging the problem. Their customer service team was unhelpful and just gave me the same generic response without actually listening. I expected way better from a luxury name. I'm done shopping there and I'd tell anyone else to think twice before buying from them.

I placed an order in early December but ran into major problems with delivery. The package didn't get to me because of a mistake on the brand's end with the shipping paperwork (missing information that was needed). When they resent it, the tracking showed it was in transit and then said delivered, but I never got anything. I had to reach out myself and ask them to figure out what happened. They told me the item I wanted was sold out and did nothing to let me know before. This whole thing was incredibly frustrating. The brand clearly didn't handle this well and showed no real care about getting it fixed. I had to push hard to get my money back. I'm really disappointed with how this was handled from start to finish. I would not recommend shopping here and I won't be back.

I ordered the Ever-Ready Zip Tote as a birthday gift. It arrived wrapped beautifully but had a visible white mark on it, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement showed up without wrapping and had a noticeable dent on the front. I let customer care know and they sent a second replacement, which also came with a dent on the front. Now I'm sending both of those back and waiting for another one. This whole process has been annoying, and it's my first time ordering from them. I do love the bag itself, but for the price I paid, it should show up without any flaws or marks.

The material on this is just terrible. Don't buy it or you'll regret it. I got a black leather jacket and everything I wear stains from it. My other clothes are getting marked up, my bag got colored, everything. The fit is all wrong too, not polished at all. Looks like something from a budget brand, not a designer one.

For a brand with such a big reputation, you'd think the customer service would actually be good. Spoiler alert: it's not. This is the second and last time I'll make the mistake of buying from them. I wish I'd read what other people had written first. I've been trying to track down my order for a week now and getting nowhere. It's embarrassing that they charge so much for their stuff when they can't even provide decent support.

They're selling items that aren't actually available. What's the point of taking someone's money if you can't actually ship what they ordered? Really disappointed with this.

Do not waste your money here. Awful products and even worse customer service. I bought a bracelet and it started turning colors after only a few weeks. When I tried to sort it out, they shuffled me around from person to person. First they said I could return it, then they refused. Then because I bought it at a retail store instead of directly from them, they said they'd give me 10% back if I got it cleaned there myself. I went back to them about it and told them that wasn't fair, but even though I explained the situation clearly, they offered to take it back and then suddenly said no. Now I'm stuck with nothing. Their service is the worst. They talk a good game on these review sites saying they want to help, but good luck actually getting them to do anything. Cheap and nasty. Seriously, do not buy from them.

Got a couple pairs of shoes during a summer promotion. It took ages for them to show up and I kept refreshing the tracking info. The package got stuck at customs for a while and then got sent back to the company for some unknown reason. I emailed customer service and they responded pretty quickly, but they couldn't tell me why it got returned. The refund came through fast though, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. From what I can tell, Tory Burch has customs issues a lot. They should probably look into fixing that.

I've been waiting over three weeks for my box to arrive. Every time I ask where it is, customer service tells me to call the shipping company myself. I'm ordering from overseas with a 12-hour time difference, so that's not exactly convenient. I don't understand why the company can't reach out to the shipping company on behalf of a customer. If you're not going to help international customers track down their packages, maybe you shouldn't be shipping to other countries. This feels like a Tory Burch shipping problem, not my problem. And if you advertise delivery times and then miss them, you should either deliver on time or refund shipping costs. In 13 years of online shopping, I've never gotten this kind of poor service from a well-known brand. You need to actually take complaints seriously instead of assuming people will stay loyal just because of your name.

Had an amazing visit to the Bicester outlet location. A staff member there was incredibly helpful when I was shopping. I went through about 7 pairs of shoes to try on but unfortunately my feet are too narrow for their sizing. Despite that, they gave great recommendations and didn't rush me at all. I came in wanting shoes but ended up falling in love with a bag instead. Really appreciated the help!

Went to the outlet in Bicester recently and had such a great experience. There was a sales associate there who was absolutely wonderful. I tried on around 7 different pairs of shoes, but unfortunately none worked with my narrow feet. She gave me really solid advice about sizing and was super patient with me while I was trying things on. I actually went in looking for shoes but ended up getting a bag instead. She was fantastic!

Worst shipping experience I've had. It's been way more than 25 days and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I've sent more than 4 emails and get the same copy-paste response every time saying sorry and that it's coming soon. Totally unacceptable. These were supposed to be birthday gifts and the birthday has already passed. Really shameful on their part.
