A friend recommended I try Vionic because of my foot issues. I picked out the pair I wanted and ordered them around 5 PM. When I got home from work the next day at 3:45, they were already here. That's the kind of service you want to see. I've been wearing them around the house and outside, and they're fantastic. They're so comfortable, and my feet don't hurt nearly as much as they do in other shoes. Really impressed with how quickly everything came together.

Quality just isn't there. My shoes started falling apart after wearing them inside for only three months. I tried emailing customer service but never heard back. Really let down by both the product and how the company handled it.

Be careful if you're ordering shoes online from this company. Their return policy is really strict with no wiggle room. I ordered three pairs of loafers to figure out my correct size. That was $433 total. None of them fit properly because they run large. So I started a return and ordered a fourth pair. I waited to send back the three pairs that didn't work until I could ship them all together. I was traveling when the fourth pair showed up. Once I got home and confirmed one pair was good, I tried returning the other three right away. Unfortunately, I was three days late on the return deadline. I called a supervisor to explain, but they refused to make any exceptions. They basically told me the deadline had passed and I should just resell them. So I'm out over $500 on shoes that don't fit. Their customer service has zero flexibility, and I won't be ordering from them again based on principle.

Heard the company got new management. Whatever happened, the current selection just isn't comfortable anymore. I had three pairs of Vionics that I loved and ordered two new ones in the same size, but they came way too long. Trying to return them is a nightmare. I'm outside the US, so shipping them back costs me a lot of money. This whole situation has been really frustrating.

My shoes had stitching come undone and I reached out about it. I thought maybe they could repair or swap them out, but that wasn't an option. I got them fixed myself since I liked them otherwise. Not planning to buy from them again though.

Ordered a pair of sandals that turned out to be really disappointing. The description said they'd feel like walking on clouds with memory foam, but when they arrived, I couldn't even wear them. There's this hard bump in the arch area that made walking painful, especially since I have flat feet. The sandals looked nice, but I had no choice but to send them back. Plus, they were way too expensive for what you get. The shipping experience was awful too. The delivery date kept changing on me, and I was told they'd arrive by April 25th but didn't get them until April 28th. The carrier was really unreliable.

I sent a message right after business hours asking to cancel the duplicate, but they said both orders were already being processed and couldn't be stopped. That meant I was charged over $1,000 for duplicate shoes. The duplicate order came in two separate shipments. So I had to deal with returning shoes across two packages. They only offer one free return drop-off location called Happy Shoes, but when I looked up the addresses on their site, none of the places I could reach were actually participating in the program. I had to drive over 100 miles round-trip with no luck. I ended up having to pay $14 to ship back each package of duplicate shoes. Even though the shoes themselves are decent, this kind of unhelpful customer service is a dealbreaker. I won't order from Vionic again.

Bought a pair of Liv ankle boots and wore them for about two weeks. The heels completely wore through already. For shoes that cost this much, I expected way better durability. When I called customer service, they weren't very helpful at all.

Excellent sandals. They work really well for my high arches and wide feet. Super comfortable and I'd tell anyone to get them.
