Super happy with these shoes and barely wear traditional footwear anymore. Quality is really excellent. Got my first pair of Primus Lite and have since grabbed Sensus, Gobi, and Scott editions. They're on my feet every day, with Scott being my work shoe and the rest for various activities. Extremely comfy and surprisingly cozy in cooler weather. Nothing's broken down so far. My only frustration is Trackers were already gone when I tried to buy them on sale! Previous injury left my ankles pretty weak, so my feet would normally roll inward in heeled shoes on bumpy surfaces. That's completely stopped happening thanks to the direct ground feel.

Even asking for a refund feels risky given what I'm seeing online about people never receiving their money back. It's obvious there are serious fundamental problems here that shoppers should be warned about. I used to be a big fan of this brand for years and recommended it to people constantly, but there's been a noticeable quality drop. We bought two pairs of children's shoes this year and the velcro deteriorated after approximately one month. Initially I blamed our child, but it did the same thing on the second pair.
