Just started my first Wentworth puzzle, a thousand piece one. This is taking forever but I'm having the best time. The pieces aren't just different shapes, they're different sizes too. I figured I'd do what I normally do and separate the edges first but that plan didn't work out. Sometimes I swear I can hear the manufacturers laughing as I discover all their little tricks. Yeah, they're pricey, but when you think about it in terms of cost per hour of enjoyment, it's actually good value. I haven't gotten bored with this one at all, just keeps being fun. Some people mentioned the smell being a problem but I love it. Smells like real wood, which is great to me. The pieces feel great clicking into place too. Haven't had a single piece that doesn't fit where it should. I've never enjoyed a puzzle this much before.

These puzzles are releasing really strong chemical odors from the wood, adhesives, and finishes. After we opened them and left them sitting out while putting them together, our air purifier's filter got way more clogged up than normal. It was especially noticeable when we had the windows shut in winter.

Got my order and I'm really let down by how they packaged everything. I assumed each puzzle would come in its own box like my previous purchases, but instead all 4 puzzles got dumped into one drawstring bag. Now I'm stuck organizing and dividing all the pieces, which is a total pain. My earlier orders were always properly separated in individual boxes. It looks like they cut corners to save money, and I'm not happy about it. This is the first time I've ever had this happen. Not coming back to shop here again.

I've bought from Wentworth several times now and every single puzzle has been gorgeous. The wooden pieces are high quality and fit together smoothly. Plus it's awesome that they're manufactured in Britain and the pieces come in cloth bags with sturdy boxes instead of plastic wrap. Their customer support team is quick to help and delivery is always prompt.

Ordered a catalog last week, found what I wanted, and placed my order this morning. The confirmation said it shipped right away, but that's not true at all. Twenty four hours after I got the shipping notice and I still don't have any tracking info. Ordering was easy, both when I asked about the catalog and when I placed the puzzle order online, but it seems like the customer service team isn't actually reading customer messages. I've got over 50 of these puzzles, but this one is going to be my last purchase.

One of the pieces was missing from my order. I contacted the company with a photo and information about what was wrong. A few days went by before they got back to me asking for a bigger picture, except by then I'd already opened up the whole thing. Now they're telling me I have to pay shipping to send it back. This is awful considering I've been a loyal customer for years. Their support is terrible. Amazon handles this stuff way better, and Wentworth could learn a thing or two from them.

Back around 1993 or 1994 someone gave me my first Wentworth wooden jigsaw puzzle and I've been hooked ever since. My collection has grown to 12 puzzles over the years. I've watched this company develop for a really long time. In the 90s you couldn't get these in Germany because the internet was just getting started. I even looked for one when I was visiting London in 1997 but couldn't find it anywhere. Then in 2003 while traveling through southern England I found one at a souvenir shop and was thrilled. Years later, I found their website and started ordering here and there. Everything from ordering to shipping to payment has been smooth. Quality, packaging, and service have always been solid. With my most recent order earlier this year, a puzzle piece turned out to be missing. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering me either a full replacement or just the missing piece sent out. I went with just getting the piece. It took several weeks to arrive but when it did, I was satisfied.

I've been getting Wentworth puzzles for many years and I genuinely love the experience of doing them. I want to specifically mention the Snowy Fir Tree puzzle. It's turned out to be my hardest one yet and putting together this image has been really satisfying. Excellent work from the whole team!

Wentworth puzzles are fantastic products. They've really improved over time and some of the newer designs are seriously tricky and well thought out. I just completed the Silver Birches and it was wonderful. The construction is top notch and the packing is secure with speedy shipping too.

I order from Wentworth all the time and I'm impressed by their puzzle quality and how fast things arrive. One suggestion that could make the whole experience better: it would be great if the website had a big, clear photo for each puzzle that customers could save to their computer and zoom in on. The pictures on the boxes are tiny and don't show all the fine details you need. I just got the Harry Potter themed 450 piece puzzle and I'm finding it tough because the image is so small. A downloadable high-quality version on the website that we could enlarge would really take things to the next level. It wouldn't cost much to add either. I do love what Wentworth does, just throwing this out there as a way to make things even better.

The selection is really good too, with different designs, piece counts, different size pieces, and you can even order personalized ones. Pretty much everyone will find something they like. The initial smell when you open them is pretty strong and woody, but it goes away after a day or two. After you get your first one you'll find yourself wanting more, and these are definitely the type of thing that becomes a family treasure.

Once you own one you'll want more, and these are the kind of things that'll probably get passed down through families.

These puzzles are made really well, no question about that. What I don't like is how they don't give you a bigger, clearer picture that matches the puzzle's size when finished. I've bought cheaper puzzles for under fifteen dollars that came with an enlarged picture. I was so excited to start the one I got but the image on the box is tiny and doesn't show enough of the small details.

Really lovely. Found the perfect puzzle for my mother and it arrived in just a few days. The quality justifies the cost. Highly recommend.
