Terrible experience with the manager at the Oak Park Mall location. On my daughter's birthday in late December, we went to return an unworn dress she'd ordered online for a future event. The manager, who wouldn't even introduce herself properly, immediately accused my daughter of wearing the dress and taking the tag off. My daughter explained that she hadn't and that the cashier had already verified the tag was on. But the manager insisted Windsor tags differently, suggested my daughter had retagged it, and even smelled the dress for no clear reason. Her tone was rude and condescending, which attracted attention from other shoppers and upset my daughter. The manager finally said she'd accept the return 'this one time' like it was doing us a favor. She also wouldn't give me any corporate contact info and walked away while I was trying to get details. My family will not be returning to shop here because of how we were treated that day.

The in-store staff is always so friendly and helpful. I mostly shop in person rather than online. Not every piece is top quality, but if you dig around you can find some really nice items. The party dresses are especially fun!

Believe the bad reviews. The items are poor quality and getting a return is nearly impossible. They make it hard to get the returns address and when you finally do get it after multiple emails, it's in China. I went to the post office and found out my 40 pound item would cost 28 pounds to ship back. Don't do it. Steer clear.

The dress itself was great, but I got hit with an 18 pound return fee since I'm outside the US. They also required me to use DHL express, so I couldn't just drop it off at my regular post office like I normally would.

Total ripoff. Who pays for something and gets back half their money? The follow-up emails asking me to rate their service are just insulting at this point.

This is a scam. 18 pounds to return something and there are tons of items, including dresses, that can't even be returned.

I've been a customer for years and now I'm done. Apparently using a 30 percent off code means your entire order becomes final sale. That includes stuff that was defective and items with sizing issues. I lost out completely. They should've at least offered store credit or something. This company used to be great but now their customer service is horrible.

Don't buy from their site. The website is terrible. I bought something but had a problem with the shipping address and couldn't cancel right away. There's no option to cancel once you place an order. The quality is solid too, really nice soft lining and the sequins stay put when I wear it. The straps are adjustable which is perfect. Definitely ordering from them again!
