Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Coupons & Promo Codes
About Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts operates one of the largest hotel networks globally, offering accommodations across multiple brands and price points. Shoppers search for promo codes and deals to reduce room rates, upgrade benefits, and loyalty rewards when booking stays.
How to Use a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Promo Code
- Visit wyndhamhotels.com and search for your desired destination, dates, and room type to see available properties and rates.
- Select your preferred hotel and room option, then review the total price and any pre-applied discounts on the booking page.
- Look for a promo code field during checkout, typically labeled as 'Promo Code' or 'Rate Code', and enter any applicable code you have.
- Review your final booking details including room rate, taxes, and fees to confirm the discount has been applied correctly.
- Complete payment and booking to receive your confirmation email with reservation details and cancellation information.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired or may only apply to specific hotels, brands, or room types within the Wyndham portfolio, so verify eligibility before entering it.
- Some promo codes require a minimum stay length or booking window, so check the terms to ensure your dates and reservation meet those requirements.
- The code might be restricted to new members, loyalty program members, or specific customer segments, so confirm you meet the audience requirements.
- Entering the code at the wrong step in the checkout process can cause it to fail, so ensure you are adding it before finalizing payment.
- Certain promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or special rates, so you may need to choose between offers rather than stacking them.
- If a code still does not work after verification, contact Wyndham customer service to confirm the code is valid or request assistance applying the discount.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Savings Hacks
Join Wyndham Rewards before booking to earn points on your stay and access member-only rates and promotions. Members often receive additional discounts beyond standard promo codes.
Review the current offers listed at the top of this page on RetailCoupons.com before visiting wyndhamhotels.com, since available codes and deals rotate regularly and you want to apply the best current option.
Before applying a promo code, compare the total price of the prepaid, standard, and any member rates shown to ensure the code actually provides the lowest total cost for your stay.
Midweek hotel rates are typically lower than weekend rates across most properties, so shifting your travel dates slightly can reduce your nightly cost more than many discount codes.
Look for vacation packages or special offers that include extras like breakfast or parking, which can provide better overall value than applying a percentage discount code alone.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Shipping Policy
Wyndham Hotels does not ship physical products, as it operates a hotel reservation platform. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation and details for your stay at your selected property.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Returns & Refund Policy
Hotel cancellation and modification policies vary by rate type, property, and promotion. Review the cancellation terms clearly displayed during checkout and in your confirmation email before completing your reservation, as some rates may be nonrefundable or have strict change deadlines.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Reviews
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts receives sharply divided opinions from guests, with ratings clustering at extremes. Positive reviewers praise pet-friendly policies, clean rooms, reasonable pricing, and exceptional customer service from staff members who go above and beyond. However, the majority of reviews report serious issues including misleading online photos that do not match actual property conditions, maintenance problems (flimsy floors, non-functional toilets, broken fixtures), cleanliness concerns (dirty linens with burn marks, mold on food, debris in rooms), and unresponsive customer support. Several guests also report unexpected charges, unresolved booking cancellations, and poor communication.
The stark contrast in experiences suggests significant inconsistency across Wyndham properties and their booking process. While some locations deliver quality stays with attentive staff, many guests encounter properties that fall well short of online representations, coupled with difficulties resolving complaints through customer service channels. Prospective guests should research specific properties carefully and be aware of potential issues with transparency regarding amenities like parking.
Perfect Stay in Laramie at AmericInn. We stayed at AmericInn by Wyndham in Laramie and it was great. They're super pet-friendly and even gave us a little bag of treats for our dog. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the whole place is beautiful. Plus the price is totally reasonable. We'll definitely be back.
Nothing Like the Pictures Online. This place looked and felt gross, completely different from how it appears on their website. The breakfast was barely continental and the tables were dirty. The room itself made me nervous - the floor felt flimsy and I was genuinely worried I'd fall through to the level below. There was no light above the sink, though honestly that might have been a blessing given everything else. The air conditioning wouldn't go below 68 degrees so the room felt stuffy the whole time. The night worker was really nice, but the morning clerk was oddly rude and only talked to us through a video screen, which felt super impersonal. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all. I'd rather spend more and stay with a better-known brand. This place has definitely seen better days.
Be Careful with Their Booking Process. They sent a flight booking confirmation and then cancelled it without warning. Then they asked for verification documents, and I sent everything they requested. After that, they just stopped responding and refused to give my money back. Watch out for their customer support team.
Absolutely the Worst. Thriftlodge by Wyndham in Moncton was genuinely terrible. The sheets had burn marks all over them, there were condom wrappers scattered around, and the toilet didn't even work. On top of that, they charged me an extra $200 deposit even though I'd already paid for the room. The breakfast was stale - bread had mold on it and the milk was already curdled. The whole room reeked of smoke and dog poop because they allow pets but don't bother cleaning. There's more I could complain about, but honestly, you'd be better off sleeping in your car.
Clean Rooms But Watch Out for Parking Charges. We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham near London Stansted Airport and the room was clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. But guests should know ahead of time that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot - they use a private facility run by a third-party company. There are signs everywhere saying you need to give your license plate to the front desk when you check in. We gave our registration number on a piece of paper and talked to the receptionist about parking. They acknowledged we had a car and even asked for the parking fee at first, though it ended up being waived since our booking included it. When we asked if we needed to do anything else, they said no. But the registration never got entered into their system, which later resulted in a penalty notice. We could have written the registration number on the form ourselves, but it seemed reasonable to assume the receptionist would enter it correctly after our conversation. If you stay here, I'd definitely recommend double-checking that your car information is properly logged in the system to avoid getting hit with unexpected charges.
Outstanding Customer Service. The staff at Days Inn in Stuart, Florida on Federal Highway truly stands out. The person at the front desk is polite, attentive, and genuinely one of the kindest, most patient people I've encountered. It's refreshing to find real personal service like this still exists. Everyone there, from the front desk team to housekeeping to the maintenance staff, goes the extra mile to help guests. This kind of genuine human service is something you don't see very often anymore.
My Days Inn Stay Was Rough. We checked in at a Days Inn location in Merced on July 28 and ended up trying three different rooms just to find one where the TV actually worked. It was incredibly loud the whole night and the shower was dangerously slick with absolutely no grab bars, so we had to put a towel down to keep from falling. Breakfast was supposedly available from 6 to 9am, but when we showed up at 8am, all they had was bread and potatoes. When we asked if more food was coming since breakfast still had an hour left, they said they were done. I won't be staying at another Days Inn location.
ALERT - Serious Booking Fraud Issue. After I completed my booking and payment, the host sent me a message through the booking site's messaging system. It looked completely official, came right through my account, and had the same look and feel as the site's regular messages - so I trusted it completely and entered my card information. An unknown third party charged my card nearly $1,000. The booking site later admitted the host's messages might have been compromised, but they didn't offer any real solution. On top of that, the property is super remote - about 90 kilometers from the nearest city - with basically no services nearby. It doesn't feel like a five-star hotel at all and they're clearly cutting corners everywhere while charging top prices. I'm warning other travelers to avoid this place and never respond to messages after booking unless you verify them directly through other means.
Completely Traumatized After Losing My Jewelry. We stayed at Wyndham Garden Lara this past April and it was actually our second time there. Our first visit was wonderful and we were already planning to come back next year. Then everything changed on checkout day. I accidentally left a jewelry box in the wardrobe near the safe that had incredibly meaningful items - my wedding ring, a family heirloom pendant, and gifts from my husband. I realized it was missing pretty quickly and called the hotel right away, plus sent an email. But the staff was evasive and unhelpful, and refused to get a manager involved. They didn't even offer to look into what happened. What really shocked me wasn't just losing the items - it was that the hotel completely refused to take responsibility or even acknowledge how serious this was. No investigation, no concern, no support at all. It's been really hard on my whole family. We'd been excited to return next year, but now I feel unsafe staying there and honestly let down by how they treated us.
Amazing Stay at Ramada by Wyndham in Fethiye. This place was absolutely stunning and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.
Customer Service Was Absolutely Terrible. I would definitely not recommend this place. The whole experience was bad and not something I'd ever do again. Even when I called their front desk, I got the same poor service. I had no idea they had ratings this low either.
Microtel in Dover Was a Total Letdown. We stayed there from mid-October through the 20th and had to prepay when we checked in. They wouldn't even accept my Visa gift card. The sheets looked dirty and stayed that way even after we asked for clean ones on day one. Breakfast consisted of stale, moldy items like bread and English muffins. The WiFi was basically useless, and the TV in the room runs on WiFi so we couldn't watch anything. The room itself was filthy - they never vacuumed and the carpet had visible stains. The bath towels were dirty and felt overused, plus they were way too small. There was no coffee maker or microwave despite what was advertised. The fitness center was closed. The room stayed hot because the thermostat was broken. When we brought all these problems to the front desk, they wouldn't refund anything and just kept saying changes were coming soon. We couldn't find another hotel since everything was booked for weddings and a film festival. It was a really bad experience.
This Place Should Have Closed Years Ago. Microtel in Shelbyville, Tennessee is absolutely revolting and should have been shut down long ago. The moment you walk in it stinks, the walls are filthy, and everything feels ancient and desperately needs updating. But the worst part by far is the roaches. We stayed in March 2024 and found one in our room. Even after reporting it that night, we still had to sleep there until morning when management showed up and moved us. We had to go back to the same hotel in July because my son had shows nearby and nowhere else had availability. On the first night back, my 7-year-old grandson found a roach on the bed. I went into the bathroom and saw another one crawling in a disgusting corner by the tub. So that's one roach in March and two in July. The front desk clerk even mentioned they lock up the cleaning supplies because homeless people come in and get high off them. Why are those kinds of people even getting into the hotel? This place is a nightmare and I have photos and videos to prove it. City officials need to do something about this place.
Charged Twice and Left Hanging. I showed up late after some travel delays. The front desk staff asked me to pay with my card downstairs even though I'd already booked through a reservation site. I wasn't completely sure if I'd already paid upfront, so I went ahead and paid again. When I reviewed my charges later, sure enough they'd gotten me twice - once through the booking and again at checkout. I called multiple times trying to get it fixed, but kept getting told they were too busy and got transferred around until the calls dropped. Even reaching out to the booking site didn't help resolve anything.
One of the Worst Places I've Ever Stayed. This hotel was absolutely gross - it reeked, the carpet in the hallways had wrinkles you could actually trip on, walls were filthy with visible gouges, and there was even a cracked mirror. The carpet was disgusting, and when I opened a drawer, cockroaches scattered out. They do offer airport shuttle service if you book a room, but if you drive your own car you can't use it. The whole vibe was like staying in a 30-year-old motel. I'd already paid through a booking site so they wouldn't refund, but I wish I'd never stayed there. Never going back.
