YETI Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, YETI offers free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it meets the following criteria:

Returns apply only to purchases made on YETI.com.

Items must be unused, undamaged, non-customized, and in original packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days via the YETI Returns Portal.

A packing slip is required for all returns.

Approved returns get a prepaid UPS label. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.
YETI does not currently accept returns at YETI retail stores.
YETI does not offer returns on products outside of YETI.com.
