They're incredibly adorable and have such a soft feel. I had a problem though with my axolotl plush the very first time I used it. After heating it in the microwave and taking it to bed, I only realized in the morning that it had a seam that split open. My sheets ended up covered in lavender and grain filling. The cow plush I also bought is holding up great, so it's unfortunate this happened with the axolotl right away. Not sure if it shipped with a defect.
Updated to 5 stars because the customer service team here is truly exceptional, which you don't see very often these days. Their response time was quick and they were genuinely kind. They immediately offered to send me a replacement, which I'm thrilled about. I picked up 3 plushes about a month back, one for someone else and two for myself. Everything is incredibly cute and soft. Unfortunately, the first time I used my axolotl plush, I discovered a seam defect after heating it and bringing it to bed. The next morning, I found lavender filling and grains scattered all over my sheets. The cow plush I got has held up perfectly fine, so this was a bummer. My cow is still in great shape, but I was really let down by the axolotl's quality issue.
I'm really satisfied with these warmies. The whole ordering and shipping process was smooth and quick. They make fantastic gifts for the kids in my family, and my nieces and nephews are obsessed with the marshmallow bear versions. I've picked up a couple for myself too, the bat and bobcat are my personal favorites. They're incredibly calming when I get migraines.
