The merchandise selection is solid and the pricing is reasonable, but I have to say the customer service side of things has been disappointing. There's still an ongoing situation that hasn't wrapped up yet, so I'll share a complete update once everything is resolved for better or worse. Looking at the current reviews might give you an idea of what I've been dealing with.

This turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. When my package arrived, two of the items I ordered were completely missing. The makeup that should've been in the box just wasn't there. When I called to report it, they wanted me to take pictures of everything, which seemed like an odd request. I sent the photos over and then had to follow up multiple times about the missing product. They eventually said they'd look into it but it could take weeks. This was clearly their mistake during packing, but instead of replacing what I didn't get, they offered just a refund and wouldn't even say how long that would take. The whole situation was handled poorly and it left me really disappointed with how little they seemed to care.

Really pleased with how my order was handled. Bought a nice shirt online and it showed up much sooner than the estimated date. The way it was packaged showed real attention to detail. In terms of shopping online, this ranks right up there with the best experiences I've had.

Had a frustrating situation with a cap I bought online. Paid thirty dollars for it plus ten for shipping. It didn't work out so I returned it, only to get hit with a six dollar return fee. That feels way off when the return cost is basically eating up half the item's price. Would skip them next time.

Ordered a cap online for thirty dollars but the shipping alone was ten dollars. Turns out it wasn't the right fit so I sent it back, but then they charged me six bucks for the return. That's pretty steep when you think about it, especially since the return fee is already more than half of what the cap cost. Not thrilled with how this was handled.

This has been really frustrating. I got an advent calendar for a hundred seventy five dollars, and when I checked it I realized seven out of twenty items were missing. I contacted them on November 24th asking for a replacement, thinking I'd get it before December rolled around. Here we are on the 8th and they're still stalling, claiming they're waiting to hear back internally. I'm getting the runaround and it's looking like I might not even get this sorted before Christmas. I'm probably going to take my business elsewhere next time since this process has been a pain.

Stay away if you can. My delivery driver dropped off my package outside my apartment without me being home, and when I brought this up they claimed I'd requested that, which isn't true. There's nothing in the tracking history showing I ever asked for that. The package ended up missing and they point blank refused to refund me. I've been going back and forth over email for two months now with no resolution. Really not worth the headache.

Really disappointed with how things have changed. The customer service has taken a nosedive. I had several hundred dollars in gift cards that expired because of location issues and product availability problems, plus their website was clunky. They used to honor these kinds of situations and reassure customers about keeping their value. Now when I ask about account balances and transaction history, my emails go unanswered. My complaint to management was also ignored. I'd recommend looking elsewhere before investing in their gift cards.

Got some shoes that didn't fit right, so I shipped them back the day they arrived. They told me a refund was coming, but it's way less than what I originally paid. Makes no sense to me. Tried calling several times and nobody picked up. Sent emails too but got nothing back. Really frustrated because I have no clue what's going on or why there's such a huge difference. An admin fee is one thing, but losing thirty dollars plus seems unreasonable.

I was visiting from out of the country and wanted to share how fantastic my visit was. Danielle at the Manchester location was incredibly thoughtful and informed. She really understood fragrance and asked smart questions to figure out exactly what would work for me. Shopping with her was genuinely enjoyable, and the gift wrapping was perfect. Everything about the experience made me happy. Truly appreciated it!

This store is fantastic with staff who genuinely put in extra effort. The variety of quality merchandise here is impressive. Especially want to call out Patrick, Elaine, and Erica who were right there helping out. They made shopping there a truly excellent experience. Much appreciated!

Stopped by the location and had an amazing time. Started with a wonderful dinner at their restaurant, then headed to the bar for cocktails. Emma and Jake made some seriously good gin drinks and were super personable throughout. Would definitely go back for that experience.

My daughter and I attended their beauty event and it was such a pleasant night with great vibes all around. Lou, who works on the first floor, really stood out. She was attentive, personable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping us. Her excellent attention made the whole evening memorable for both of us. I'm definitely returning to shop again thanks to the impression she left. Huge thanks to Lou for making it special!

Walked into the store on a quiet Saturday morning and it felt like stepping into an oasis of elegance and relaxation. The lighting was perfect, the layout thoughtful, and everything on display looked premium. I checked out their Swatch area and got help from a cheerful staff member who knew the products inside and out. She encouraged me to sign up for their loyalty program, and I got to enjoy complimentary coffee upstairs afterward. Really impressed with how well everything came together.
