Amazing customer service at the Phoenix location. My buddy accidentally removed his E-Sim after I put him on my account in Arizona, and he was freaking out. Angie from the 19th Ave location walked him through the entire fix over FaceTime and nailed it right away. She really knows her stuff and goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly.

Hands down the worst phone service company out there. I was with them for nearly 20 years. My mom's phone got stolen, so we immediately reported it and had it shut off. A few days later we realized her Facebook got hacked and somehow the service was back on. We called to ask why and the representative was incredibly rude and claimed she didn't know. After she disabled it again and marked it stolen, we got a text saying our account changed. Somehow the criminal got it turned back on. When my mom called back, she was rightfully upset and discovered the thief had even changed our security code. We transferred the account to my name and she turned the phone off once more. Within an hour I'm getting alerts about account changes and my line got disconnected too. Out of our four total phones, only the stolen one had service. Everything else was shut down. Then things get really bad...

Back in 2020 I got a phone from AT&T and paid it off completely. I still have all the documentation. Later I let my father use that phone on his Cricket plan and they locked it up without my permission. They absolutely refused to unlock it even though I proved ownership. I've contacted my lawyer about pursuing legal action against this company because what they did is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend Cricket to anyone.

Seriously, don't bother trying the live chat support. The reps deliberately wait until the last second and let the clock run down so they can duck out of actually helping you via phone or messages after hours. It's ridiculous. Whenever I reach out late in the evening it becomes this aggravating mess. They intentionally drag things out and then ghost you. It's completely useless.

Skip the online chat support entirely. These agents drag out conversations until time runs out so they can avoid actually answering your questions through phone or text. Every single time I've tried reaching out in the evening it's been a nightmare. They deliberately stall and then disappear. Total garbage service.

I've been with Cricket for roughly two decades and was generally happy with them until now. A couple weeks before traveling internationally, my iPhone's charging port started failing. I was let down that there were no loyalty discounts available, so I spent over $700 on a brand new iPhone that I paid for in full. Before my trip, I added an international calling plan online. The details were confusing but it turned out the plan only let me call into that country from the US, not actually use cell service there. When I got to my destination and discovered this, I figured I'd just buy a local SIM card. Wrong move. Cricket had locked my phone for the first six months after purchase. When I tried logging into their website from my tablet using wi-fi, I had to wait forever to talk to anyone. Cricket wouldn't work with me at all. They just kept reciting their terms without any actual concern for what I was going through. Being stuck in another country with zero cell service meant nothing to them, even after I mentioned being a long-term customer. It's clear Cricket treats customers like nothing more than dollar signs.

I want to recognize Jessica from the store location in Mesa, Arizona. She's professional, courteous, and genuinely kind to everyone. When I came in to replace my stolen phone, she took the time to find exactly what would work best for my needs. Her service made me feel valued as more than just another customer. I'll definitely send others her way and recommend that store to friends. Jessica, thank you so much for everything.

I'm still too new to Cricket to comment on their coverage, but I have to give a huge shout out to Damien at the Grand Rapids location on 54th Street. This guy spent literally hours setting up my new phone, switching my carrier, and getting me approved for a special assistance program. He was an absolute rockstar and exactly what great customer service looks like.

What a fantastic and outstanding company this is. The team at the Greenville, Alabama shop truly exceeded everything I was expecting. They deserve a 10 out of 5 stars. Other locations would be wise to follow their example.

The employee at the Niles, Ohio location delivered exceptional service when setting up my phone. He took time to explain every step and made sure I grasped it all. This guy was neat, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. He's the type of person you hope stays with a company.
