I was trying to get Christmas gifts and my package never made it because the delivery company failed to actually drop it off at my place, even though they left a photo of someone else's parcel at a different address. But when I contacted the store, I was blown away by how helpful they were and how fast they responded. Their customer service is genuinely excellent.

The staff here won't listen or even look at what you've sent them via email. They refuse to fix problems and dealing with them has seriously aggravated my anxiety and OCD to the point where I'm not able to eat properly. Be warned before ordering from this site. They don't treat you like your concerns matter, and honestly their customer service is among the worst I've encountered from any UK business. I'm not going to name the others, but this company should be embarrassed with how they operate.

I purchased items and saw a promotion for a free Stitch or Angel figure when you spend over 75 pounds. I filled my cart to pass that threshold and picked the free Angel plush. A few days later I got shipping confirmations for two separate boxes, with no mention of the free item anywhere. When everything arrived, the plush wasn't in either box. I checked my account and saw it had been marked as cancelled. I used their chat support and after going back and forth they offered me a free shipping code in exchange. I was pretty upset about that offer since the plush was worth nearly 30 pounds. Even after I argued my case they wouldn't budge, just gave me the same response. I sent an email complaining and got the exact same answer plus they refunded me for the cancelled free item. It's wild that a company as massive as Disney won't even honor their own promotions. I'll definitely think harder about where I spend my money going forward.

Absolutely awful company with rude and unhelpful staff. If you're able to find what you need somewhere else, do yourself a favor and shop there instead. I'm done with them for good.

I've placed quite a few orders from Shop Disney over the years and everything has shown up in perfect shape with excellent care in the packaging. They use bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and always deliver when they say they will. I'm not sure why some people have had such bad experiences, but I've been fortunate to have zero problems with items, shipping times, or quality. I still have my 30 pound limited edition Kida figure from them, and even though it was discounted at the time, the packing job was meticulous. The other dolls I've gotten have been top notch quality as well.

I ordered a plush back in November expecting it for Christmas when it was on sale. Got a message in early December that shipping would be delayed, which was fine. But then just 4 days before Christmas, I found out my order was being cancelled and refunded without me asking for it. Now the same item costs 30 pounds more and there's no way I would've gotten it in time anyway. I received zero compensation for waiting around. Not only am I without a Christmas present now, but at this time of year it's nearly impossible to find something else. This company is unreliable and I won't be ordering again. I'd also avoid them based on the shipping issues I see in other customer comments.

I've been a customer for years and the service was always solid, aside from the shipping company they use. But lately things have changed and not for the better, similar to what others have mentioned. I made two orders last month and anticipated some delays since they had posted warnings online. The first one got to me with a small delay that they emailed me about. But my second order was randomly cancelled on the last day it was supposed to arrive because it supposedly went out of stock. I checked the website and it was still available, so I ordered it again. It looks like they were cancelling orders to clear their warehouse backlog because that item that was marked unavailable showed up in my delivery just days after I reordered it. Hopefully they've worked out whatever their warehouse problems were, but they definitely should have been upfront about what was going on and why orders were being cancelled.

My parcel went missing and I was told the shipping company lost this huge playset. They said there weren't any more in stock either. Then randomly it showed up, but by that point my ticket had expired and it got sent back to the store. They never resent it to me, so I had to go buy the same thing at full price from another retailer. I'll be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency because this service is unacceptable. It feels like the store and shipping company are working together against customers.

Just got my delivery 3 days sooner than expected. Ordered the adult and child Minnie Mouse household items and plushies and the quality is outstanding. Thanks so much for putting this together.

I'm puzzled by all the negative feedback out there. My entire shopping experience was flawless. The website was easy to navigate, the product selection was great, and delivery was speedy and professional. All the items I bought were high quality. Definitely will shop here again and I'll be telling my friends about it too.

I have no idea why so many people are leaving negative reviews. I order from here regularly and haven't had a single problem. Yesterday I got a broken item in my delivery, so I sent an email and heard back within a few hours. They shipped out a replacement that same day and refunded the shipping charge too. Nothing to complain about here.
