There's basically no customer service, just an automated email system. I'm pretty sure it's AI running the whole thing. Don't bother with their website, just go to somewhere like Amazon instead. The whole experience was frustrating and I won't be ordering from them again. Zero stars for shipping, delivery information, and customer support.
