Things started out seeming okay for the first 10 minutes, then when specific questions came up, I got false answers. The only thing they cared about was rushing me through the registration. Once I reviewed the full terms and conditions, nothing matched - not the plan, not the coverage, and definitely not the discounts. Customer service at their call centers is terrible and there's zero accountability. The reps don't give a damn. Bottom line: Telus is somehow worse than their main competitor, and I didn't think that was even possible. Stay away. The real issue is that consumer protection agencies don't do squat.

Overall, Telus was a worse experience than I had with their competitor, which I honestly didn't think was possible. Skip them and go elsewhere. The real problem is that regulators don't do enough to protect consumers.

I got internet service and the technician mentioned I could add their TV package for just $10 a month. My next bill showed over $300. The TV service wasn't even activated, so I never got to use it. Their customer service is broken. I haven't been able to reach anyone who can actually solve this problem.

They sold my information to scammers - my name was misspelled in a very unusual way and right after that I started getting scam calls and emails using that exact misspelling. I've also spent a whole year trying to get another person removed from my account, and every single time they come up with a new reason to delay, dodge the issue, or promise something they don't follow through on. They're basically running scammer playbook moves. I honestly can't find anything positive to say about them.

Absolutely awful experience. I had automatic payments set up and locked in a rate for my TV and internet, but over the last nine months they've been quietly increasing my bill and taking out more money without asking. It's unbelievable - they're basically running a scam operation. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else but Telus.

Telus has been a nightmare for me. The troubles started right at the installation - the technician messed up my internet setup and then took forever to send someone back to fix it. They wouldn't schedule a return visit for three whole days. After that person finally left, nobody from Telus ever showed up. I was on the phone constantly and kept getting promises that someone would come, but they never did. This happened multiple times. It wasn't until I'd been without internet for 10 or 11 days that they finally got someone out to install it. And things only got worse from there. Somehow they entered me into the system twice for internet service, so now I get billed twice every month. I have to fight the charges constantly, and every single time they say they'll fix it and then don't. I've spent roughly 10 hours on phone calls dealing with both problems, and I'm still getting charged twice. Their app is pretty much useless too. The chatbot doesn't help, and when you try to dispute a charge, they send you a link but it doesn't even work properly.

I got a competitive offer from another provider so I reached out to Telus. It took a bit to connect with the right team, but they really wanted to keep me as a customer and worked with me on the best deal they could put together.

Jenn was fantastic to work with. She helped us pick out the right phones and managed adding my youngest granddaughter to my account. She was authentic in her approach and genuinely engaged with all three of my granddaughters. Great experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience with Christine and Gabriel - I was really impressed by how professional they were and their customer service abilities. Unfortunately, my interaction with Michelle was completely different and let me down. She didn't treat me the way I expected and I left the conversation feeling annoyed. When we give feedback, it helps companies improve, and what happened with me could help Michelle get better at customer service. Maybe next time I talk with her things will go as smoothly as they did with Christine and Gabriel.

My time with Telus has had its ups and downs, like any provider does. When I needed help with billing problems on my account, I got connected with a rep named Skye. Skye was absolutely fantastic. They guided us through multiple service issues and consistently showed strong customer service abilities, putting in serious effort on our account. Skye, I'm so grateful for everything you've done to help us over the years. Thank you.

A few weeks back I was on the phone with three different service reps trying to get my TV working - it went on for hours until late that night. Two technicians came out and attempted to fix the TV issue but neither could get it sorted. Then Mohamed arrived on the 24th, looked things over, adjusted some connections, and solved the entire problem. It's working flawlessly now. This person should be training all the other repair technicians.

Just became a Telus customer and signed up for their internet and TV package. The experience was everything I could have hoped for. Jonathan from their local office was outstanding - he gave me top-tier service and really went the extra mile to find the perfect package for my needs. He truly exceeded what I expected.
