I received generic mass produced dishes instead of what I ordered. This isn't the same quality as what I requested. If I wanted cheap mass produced items I would've shopped at a big box store directly. My experience was terrible and I'm out over $80. I won't be ordering again.

We received 4 bowls that had visible rust stains on them. To get our refund, we had to pay $32 in return shipping costs. It's hard to have confidence in a business that makes customers pay to send back inferior products. What's stopping them from shipping low quality items if they're not losing anything? We won't order from them again and have removed ourselves from their mailing list.

My items also arrived faster than the international shipping timeline they provided.

Fair warning: This company has slow shipping and the fees are steep. Don't expect fast delivery.

This company operates like a scam. They convinced me to send $2500 in china to them promising to pay that amount. When it arrived, they claimed it was in the wrong classification even though they're the ones who selected it, and said it was worth almost nothing. They offered to donate it instead. These were valuable antique plates worth considerably more. I suspect their strategy was to get the merchandise and hope I wouldn't demand it back so they could resell it.

My glassware arrived in perfect shape despite FedEx roughing up the box. The protective packaging was really impressive and did its job well. Everything showed up on schedule as promised. I'll definitely come back if I need to order again.
