I'd rate this zero if I could. I rarely leave negative reviews but Le Creuset's customer service frustrated me so much I had to speak up. I spent hours trying to get someone to help me through both phone and email and basically got nowhere. Phone calls didn't get answered or resolved, my emails were ignored, and nobody ever took responsibility for fixing anything. For a brand that charges premium prices, their complete failure to communicate is unacceptable. On top of that, I paid extra for overnight shipping and they sent my order ground instead, which delayed everything. Then to make matters worse they shipped it to the wrong address which was totally preventable. After I spent my own time tracking it down, their customer service did absolutely nothing to help fix it or explain what would happen. And here's the worst part, I still don't have one of the items I paid for and haven't gotten a refund either. I'm stuck without my product, without my money back, and with zero hope this will ever get resolved.

For a long time I had two really big cast iron sets from them and they were excellent quality. I ended up giving them away because they got too heavy for me to handle. My husband though has spent thousands on large triple stainless steel sets and we also got the nonstick versions. Honestly, I dread using them every single time. I get genuinely upset using these things. They're absolute trash and calling them expensive garbage doesn't even come close to how disappointed I am. Do not waste your money on these pans.

The customer service is just awful now. I don't know what changed because they used to be great. Nowadays they find every excuse in the book to avoid helping or standing behind their products. I lost a bunch of money on return fees recently and I'm completely done buying from them.

These pans look nice sitting in your cabinet, I'll give them that. But I got a skillet and grillet and they're basically useless because everything sticks no matter how much oil I use. I'm talking everything, every single time. You basically have to soak them for a couple days before you can even scrub them clean. Total waste of money if you ask me.

Made an online purchase of two dinnerware sets that didn't look right color wise when they arrived. Returning them turned into a nightmare with multiple phone calls and back and forth emails. Eventually customer service said I could send them back but I'd have to cover shipping costs. They quoted me around 200 dollars for shipping alone. That's completely crazy. I'd strongly recommend shopping elsewhere instead of ordering online from this company.

I used to be all in on Le Creuset with five stars, but my recent experience has totally changed my mind. A while back our beige pot had enamel peeling issues and their support team was fantastic about replacing it under warranty. Great experience! Fast forward to now and the same problem popped up on our 12 inch beige skillet. When we called support, things felt different this time around. They wanted to swap the skillet for a Cassadou pot, which is smaller and deeper than what we have. We mentioned that we actually prefer the shallow, wide shape of our current skillet and asked if we could get a braiser instead since that matches how we actually use it. But they didn't seem interested in what we wanted. Seems like they care more about what handle type they're sending than understanding our actual cooking needs. We even offered to pay extra if there was a price difference, but they've already decided what we're getting and only want to know about color. Just a heads up that Le Creuset might not be flexible if you need something specific.

They have a customer service number for returns but good luck getting through. You call and wade through like 15 menu options just to get sent an email. The email tells you to call customer service, which loops you right back to the same number where nobody picks up. Some companies intentionally make returns difficult. I'm starting to think Le Creuset is one of them. I've got plenty of their stuff but I'm done buying their products. Why would you list a customer service phone number if you're not going to actually answer it?

We get regular use out of it, multiple times a week, so it really takes a beating. After over three decades the enamel on the bottom started chipping away. I called their support team and they were very helpful. They asked me to ship the pot back and they paid for that shipping themselves. Once they examined it they had a brand new pot shipped to me right away at zero cost. I have to say the product quality is outstanding, the way it performs while cooking is exceptional, and the support team was absolutely fantastic. I'm telling everyone I know about these products and the service you get.

Save yourself the money and headache. I spent 75 bucks on what was supposed to be a nonstick pan and it started sticking immediately. I wasn't doing anything wrong either, read the whole instruction manual. This thing is somehow worse than the cheap five dollar pan from three years ago that it's replacing. When I talked to their support team they were rude, unhelpful, and honestly just made everything worse.

Top notch customer service and outstanding quality. I've ordered multiple times now and every experience has been positive. I contacted them once for cleaning tips after I accidentally burned food in my cast iron pan and also had some product questions that weren't on the website. They responded quickly and were super helpful and courteous, way more support than I expected really. That level of service makes me trust the brand and I'm happy to shop there again. I did have to return something once for a minor issue and it was handled without any problems. Great support team and really quality products. Shipping to my door was smooth too.

Their customer service is honestly the best I've dealt with. I needed a skillet replaced and even though they initially said I wasn't covered, they decided to help me out anyway just because. That kind of generosity says a lot about the company. Really satisfied with how they treated me.
