Their warranty means absolutely nothing because they don't actually honor it. I'm clearly not the only person dealing with this. These pans work okay if you want something temporary that costs a lot of money for a short lifespan. We're moving back to our 40-year-old stainless steel cookware and seasoned cast iron that actually stands the test of time. Nonstick coatings are just a waste at this point.

Total time from initial contact to resolution was about 10 days. I have to say their support team really went above and beyond to make this right.
