ZAGG used to be reliable, but my last two orders never showed up. I paid for shipping on both and got nothing. Their customer service is basically non-existent now, just robots. You get an email saying they're looking into your case, then another one saying since they haven't heard from you they're closing it. I'm done with them. There are better companies out there with actual support.

This company makes a bunch of claims they don't follow through on. I waited two weeks just to hear back about when my screen protector replacement would ship. Finally got word it was on the way, then the real issues began. Said it was delivered last Friday but it never showed up. No phone line, no live chat option, just email. After three days waiting, I get a generic auto-response saying they're looking into it. I send another email and three days later get the same copy-paste message. Still no replacement, still nothing. It's frustrating.

I placed an order for an iPhone 15 case and screen protector. The case showed it was for an iPhone 15, but when it got here it was actually an iPhone 15 Pro. Trying to reach their team for help took about a week, which was way too long to change anything. When I put on the screen protector, two spots appeared. After waiting another week for them to respond, they said the dots weren't caused by the screen protector itself.

I asked for a warranty replacement since the screen edge shattered too early. It dragged on forever before arriving, and when it finally got here it was the wrong size. I already paid nine ninety-nine in shipping charges, which was the minimum they charge, and now I have to pay that again for the correct size. It's basically a scam. Get your money somewhere else.

I paid way too much for a Zagg screen protector and regret it. I'd used Zagg years back and kept needing to replace it, which they did through where I bought it. Foolishly grabbed one for my current phone and it broke in just over a month. When I asked for a replacement, they said no. Never buying from them again and honestly you shouldn't either.

The actual screen protector itself worked fine, but their customer service left me hanging. When I tried to take advantage of their lifetime warranty, it turned out the item was no longer in stock. I reached out to their support team via the website, got one message saying they were swamped, and then nothing. Total letdown on the service side.

Don't fall for this scam. Yeah, they say warranty replacement, but then you get slammed with shipping and handling fees over fifty bucks. I've mailed heavier stuff overseas for way less. Shipping and handling shouldn't cost more than eight dollars. Go to Amazon instead, it's cheaper and you get free shipping.

Spent a lot on this and it's not holding up well. The QR code for warranty registration was a pain to use. I actually had to go to a store to get help registering it and even their staff found it difficult. I did get a replacement eventually but they wanted to charge me extra for shipping and fees. That's the last time I'm buying their stuff.

The Zagg warranty isn't really a warranty at all. I had to pay nine ninety-nine just for replacement shipping and it's been two weeks with still no replacement. One shot, and they totally blew it. Not coming back.

The pricing was straightforward and my package showed up right on schedule with everything intact and nothing damaged. I'd definitely shop with this seller again without hesitation.
