The customer service team here isn't very welcoming or helpful. They make you pay $8 just to send something back, even if you're just requesting a different size. Then you're looking at waiting anywhere from two to three weeks just to see your refund. That kind of experience doesn't impress me at all. I can't suggest buying from this place based on what I've seen.

After I pushed for help, a manager looked at my account and agreed it clearly showed Quebec as my address, but insisted the package went to Ontario anyway. They told me I should just wait eleven more days before I could even file a claim for a lost package, and suggested I pay again and place another order in the meantime. Absolutely not. I need either a reship to my correct address in Quebec with faster shipping and confirmation I can track, or a full refund right now. I'm also concerned about whether my personal information is secure after this mess. This has been incredibly disappointing. This was my first order and will be my last unless they fix this problem right away. I'll update if things change.

These are my go-to boots for sure! I know they got rid of store returns, which would've been nice, but honestly I've never needed to send anything back. My everyday Chelsea boots have seriously held up. I wore those things for years and they stayed waterproof and strong the whole time.
