Got myself a pair of Manolo Blahnik heels on sale and unfortunately they showed up in the wrong size. No problem at all with getting them switched out for the correct pair and there were zero extra charges. Everything went really smoothly from start to finish and customer support was fantastic. Both the return and replacement shipping were completely free, and even though they were sale items, the shoes arrived in perfect condition and wrapped really nicely.
Placed an order for Manolo shoes but skipped the reviews. Once I read them after ordering, I got concerned because people mentioned getting older or returned items, which is unusual since this is basically the only online spot offering these kinds of steep discounts. Hit up their customer support asking if they could cancel before shipping went out because of the bad reviews I saw. Within a couple days they processed the cancellation with zero problems and sent back my payment through PayPal. Their returns policy is really frustrating. You get only 3 days after getting something to start a return, which happens through email and it took like a week and a half for them to respond. After you've arranged the return you've got 3 more days to get it shipped back. The return labels are through FedEx but the whole process isn't explained well, and you have to arrange home pickup which is a nightmare. Getting help from customer service takes forever too. It took over a month just to see my refund show up.
Purchased a pair of Christian Louboutins that didn't work for my feet. Sent them back and discovered they'd deducted 10% from my refund saying the soles had marks on them. The shoes were completely new and had never been worn. They said the scratches came from trying them on the floor and included pictures showing what looked like very minor marks. I looked through their return terms and couldn't find anything about refund deductions, plus they'd already resold my returned pair. I felt like this was pretty unprofessional. On the positive side, the shoes arrived quickly and they authorized the return within 2 days. I'm hoping they'll be willing to fix this situation so I can keep ordering from them.

His crew showed up and finished the whole job while I was at work. The quality was amazing, even better than I'd hoped for. If you need fencing work done or repairs, you really can't go wrong with this outfit. The team is super friendly, professional, and totally dependable. Their pricing is way more reasonable than anywhere else I checked and I contacted at least 8 or 9 other companies for quotes. Savannahs came in at roughly half the price of the competition. I'm really satisfied and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing fence work.

Turns out the style was discontinued years ago and was so old that even a sales associate at Christian Louboutin couldn't remember what year they came out.
