Don't waste your time buying from Shein. I had to submit payment proof multiple times and they kept rejecting the photos showing their own company name on my bank statements. They said it failed their verification for no good reason.

Got one item and it showed up at the wrong place. Shein claimed delivery was complete. I had to chase down the carrier myself and ended up going through PayPal to get reimbursed. Total disappointment and I won't order from here again.

My credit card seems to have been compromised after using this site. Their security measures don't appear very strong. Someone else got access and made purchases with my card.

Purchased 3 pairs of jeans and tried to return them. Customer service kept asking for SKU numbers, order numbers, photos, and more, but I never actually got clear return instructions. They kept brushing me off and weren't responsive. They're not making this easy and I hold them responsible for the runaround.

This place shouldn't be selling furniture. They're not equipped to handle damaged goods with any kind of real service. Most returns and exchanges for heavy items are just denied. You try reaching support and they want you to cover return shipping costs upfront, promise a full refund, then claim the package never showed up. These guys are sketchy operators. Don't give them your money.

Got some items in the mail, opened them up, and discovered they were fake Pokemon cards. I sent them proof of how I knew they were counterfeit but they rejected my refund request anyway. Lost a hundred dollars. Shein's operation is a scam and I can't recommend staying away enough.

Should be zero stars if possible. This is my second time trying to place an order and both attempts resulted in fraud emails from their support team demanding payment proof. I submitted payment screenshots both times and got told the proof was insufficient. This is the last time I attempt to buy from Shein. Strongly suggest shopping somewhere else.

Before Shein, there were limited shopping options at shopping centers with brands like Banana Republic and Club Monaco charging ridiculous amounts. The quality and price point Shein offers now is unbeatable. I wish they'd been around decades ago. Returns are straightforward, deliveries are quick, and the fashion choices are outstanding. Highly suggested.

Back before Shein came along, your only option was shopping at expensive mall stores like Banana Republic and Club Monaco with crazy prices. Now you can get comparable quality pieces for way less money. Shein came at just the right time. Their return process is smooth, shipping moves fast, and the clothing variety and designer handbags are fantastic. Definitely worth checking out.
