I can't believe regulators let this product stay on store shelves. The white marks are impossible to avoid. Plus when you rinse it off your skin actually stings. I used way less than the instructions suggested and still had these problems. Skip this temporary eye tightener.

Got the new PTR FirmX eye tightener that was supposed to solve the residue problem. Applied smoothly and the tightening felt great at first, so I was excited. Then I looked in the mirror an hour later and it was a complete disaster. White residue everywhere - on my eyelids, under my eyes, around my smile lines. All of it looked chalky and gross. This is the updated version they promised would fix this issue, but it clearly didn't work. I'm angry I spent money on this and really grateful I didn't leave the house. Come on PTR, you need to fix this.
