Avoid signing up for a membership at all costs. I've been attempting to cancel mine for weeks now and it's been a nightmare. They keep charging me twice and won't stop asking for my credit card info even just to chat with someone. My account shows as cancelled but the charges keep coming through. Don't hand over your payment details to them.

Things don't function properly here. Every time I try to go back and watch something because the screen goes black, it just forces me to sit through tons of ads. I've now wasted about 2 hours just watching roughly 80 different ads at 30 seconds each just to get through 19 minutes of a single show. This is insane. The purchase was a total mistake and it's not worth the money. I'd suggest waiting for these shows to come out on streaming services that actually work. I even tried paying for the ad-free version and still nothing works properly on this platform. I can't even update my subscription.

I ordered tickets online for a showing at a local AMC location. They suddenly cancelled the screening and moved it up by just 15 minutes. I got an email saying I could either get my money back online or pick a different time, but when I tried to switch to another showing, it was already full. So I had to book somewhere else entirely. Why they didn't just let me see the rescheduled show makes no sense. I phoned the number in the email but it just sent me back to their website where refunds take a full week to process. Once I submitted my request, they told me I wouldn't get all my money back since fees are non-refundable. That's ridiculous! I didn't cancel anything! After going back and forth with the theater manager multiple times, they refused to refund the fees or give me a voucher. I'm frustrated about this whole situation and how they handled it. If you're planning to see a movie, buy your tickets in person. I'm not going back to AMC.

Visiting AMC is always nice. The theater is very well maintained and clean. The workers are friendly, the facilities are nice, the pricing is fair, and it's just a good place to relax and enjoy whatever film you're watching. They recently showed a special LOTR Return of the King screening on their IMAX and it was incredible to experience that on such a massive screen.

We took our kids to watch the Super Mario movie and had such a wonderful experience. The recliners are super comfortable and plush. The popcorn was really tasty. We'll definitely be back.
