We think it might be lost. My emails either get ignored or bounce back as undeliverable. This company's customer service is basically nonexistent.
Ordered two pairs during the holiday season. One arrived with defects and the other just didn't fit right. When I asked to swap them out, they wanted me to cover the return shipping because their products come with 'variations.' There was a loose stitch making the two shoes in the pair look mismatched. Hoping to get a better pair, I placed another order before deciding on what to keep. Once I submitted that second order, they automatically sent me a replacement pair without asking first. Now I'm stuck with 4 pairs of the same shoe and 2 return labels. I sent 3 pairs back using those labels and kept one that was acceptable. They should've refunded me for 2 pairs out of the 3 I returned since one was an exchange, but they only gave me back one refund. Really frustrated with how this got handled.
I never received what I ordered. Emails, phone calls, and their chat system - nobody responds to any of it. Feels like I got totally scammed.
This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in years. I just wanted to swap my shoes for a different size, but since the box got damaged when it shipped they refused to do anything. I went through their online chat system and eventually got passed to a real person, but they just told me no box means no exchange. On top of that, I ordered the exact same style in the same size as a pair from last year in another color, and they fit completely differently. Really let down by how this all went. Skip these guys.
The heron style shoes I got in pink fell apart way too quickly. Even with just light indoor use for a couple months, the back ribbons started coming undone. When I reached out about it, they claimed this was just normal wear from slipping the shoes on and off. That doesn't make sense to me if shoes can't handle basic daily use. The quality here is really disappointing. Won't be ordering from them again.
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this has been the worst online shopping experience I've had. My order never showed up when it was supposed to. Once I checked the tracking, I found out the package got damaged in shipping and was sent back. Birdies never bothered to tell me this happened. I only found out when my package didn't arrive, and even then it took 3 separate emails to get any kind of response. They did get the damaged package but hadn't replaced it or even mentioned that to me. When I finally reached them, they said they needed my approval before sending a replacement. I said yes and asked if they could expedite it at no extra charge. They said they would but then never sent tracking info. A week goes by and I ask for an update. They come back saying they have no record of our conversation and need all my details again plus screenshots of our previous exchange. I provided all that. Since then they've replied 3 times saying they still can't find my order and keep asking for the same information.
Terrible customer service experience. Got two pairs, returned one, and I'm still waiting for that refund. Called, emailed, texted - can't get anyone who actually works there to help. For a company charging premium prices for shoes, this is unacceptable.
Got 2 pairs of shoes and opened them up but they weren't for me. I started a return process online and they gave me a shipping label. Three months later and I've sent 6 emails because they won't pick up the phone. Every time I get an automated message saying someone will respond within 3 days. Still nothing. I filed a complaint with my state's attorney general office. This whole thing has been shocking. I'm never buying from this company again.
Hands down the worst company to deal with. They have basically no customer service. I sent my shoes back three months ago and tracking shows they're at their facility, but I can't get anybody to issue my refund. There's no way to talk to an actual human and I'm sitting here out $600 for shoes I already returned.
Grabbed a pair of shoes on a final sale price. When I put them on, the top seam dug right into my toe and it got red and sore. I contacted their support team about it and they said they'd look into it with their quality department. That was a week ago and I've sent follow-up messages twice since then with no response at all.
