Received a pair of the Amplitude boots as gifts and after just four days of normal wear the stitching along the tongue started coming apart. I contacted Georgia Boot through their website and got a response asking for detailed info plus my full address and phone number, along with proof of purchase. Since these were gifts I don't have a receipt, so they came back offering a 50% off coupon on their $160 boots as if that would make me want to throw more money at them. That's insulting when the boots fell apart in days. Why would I spend anything on footwear made overseas in poor conditions when they clearly think so little of their own products? Switching back to Brahma.

Picked up some boots as a Christmas gift for my husband. When he decided he wanted to return them later, I was worried there'd be problems since we'd had a rough time after losing a family member during the holidays. The staff went above and beyond to help us out though and didn't make us explain anything. Plus the boots themselves are really solid quality. Their customer service was outstanding and we'll definitely come back.

I've been wearing Georgia Boots for around 20 years and typically get a new pair every 12 to 15 months. Bought a pair of their Athens style in April, but after a couple months the left boot's toe started pulling away from the sole. I filled out a support form on their website with my info, but I never heard back from them. Still love the boots themselves, but the lack of response to my issue has really let me down.

Had an issue with my purchase and reached out to customer service. Georgia Boots and Rocky Brands jumped right on it and fixed everything perfectly. The replacement boots arrived completely assembled correctly. Hopefully they've tightened up their quality control. Looking forward to ordering from them again down the road.

Grabbed a pair thinking they'd be top notch, but I was wrong. I wear them outside dealing with all kinds of weather, and after about six weeks the soles already cracked and stopped keeping water out. My feet stay wet the whole time I have them on. These boots have been sitting unused since. I should've stuck with KEEN brand instead. That's over two hundred dollars wasted.

Ordered the USA Logger 12 wide because my previous Georgia Romeo boots fit perfectly in the same size. Was excited they're made domestically, but these turned out to be much narrower than expected, even compared to my other Romeos that weren't even marketed as wide. The insoles also feel too thick and the heel cutout makes me hesitant to replace them. Mostly just wore them around the house trying to break them in without success. With $200 invested, I'm stuck with boots I can't actually wear.

Can't find replacement soles anywhere for my Comfort Core CC7 boots. Those things cost $225 and now they're unwearable because the sole parts keep getting marked as out of stock.

Got a pair of their Eagle light russet Wildwood boots and they were fantastic that first year, really comfortable with solid grip. But lately I've noticed my feet getting soaked, and when I checked both boots I saw the sole was practically worn through around the ball of my foot area. There are actual cracks going into the boot. Walking through wet grass means my socks get drenched. The rest of the boot is holding up fine, but the soles are clearly an issue. I won't be buying from them again.

I've placed several orders over the years, usually a couple pairs annually. On my most recent order I got a really good discount code so I ordered a pair for my brother. Something went wrong the next day, and when I looked for the tracking info it wasn't there, so I called support to explain and see if I could use that discount another time. They refused. Their whole approach to customer service feels like they're looking for reasons to say no. Plus their shipping fees seem to jump way up right when they advertise free shipping. The boots themselves are okay but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

These boots are a total disappointment. My Red Wings usually last me several years, so I figured I'd try two pairs of Georgia boots I liked. The first pair only got worn about 20 times before the soles started falling apart in chunks. Opened up the second pair and discovered it had the same problem even though it was brand new in the box. Called customer service multiple times before getting through, but they were useless and wouldn't help. That's four hundred bucks down the drain on defective footwear. I'm done buying from this company.
