I contacted Georgia Boot through their website and got a response asking for detailed info plus my full address and phone number, along with proof of purchase. Since these were gifts I don't have a receipt, so they came back offering a 50% off coupon on their $160 boots as if that would make me want to throw more money at them. That's insulting when the boots fell apart in days. Why would I spend anything on footwear made overseas in poor conditions when they clearly think so little of their own products? Switching back to Brahma.
Picked up some boots as a Christmas gift for my husband. When he decided he wanted to return them later, I was worried there'd be problems since we'd had a rough time after losing a family member during the holidays. The staff went above and beyond to help us out though and didn't make us explain anything. Plus the boots themselves are really solid quality. Their customer service was outstanding and we'll definitely come back.

Ordered the USA Logger 12 wide because my previous Georgia Romeo boots fit perfectly in the same size. Was excited they're made domestically, but these turned out to be much narrower than expected, even compared to my other Romeos that weren't even marketed as wide. The insoles also feel too thick and the heel cutout makes me hesitant to replace them. Mostly just wore them around the house trying to break them in without success. With $200 invested, I'm stuck with boots I can't actually wear.
Can't find replacement soles anywhere for my Comfort Core CC7 boots. Those things cost $225 and now they're unwearable because the sole parts keep getting marked as out of stock.
Got a pair of their Eagle light russet Wildwood boots and they were fantastic that first year, really comfortable with solid grip. But lately I've noticed my feet getting soaked, and when I checked both boots I saw the sole was practically worn through around the ball of my foot area. There are actual cracks going into the boot. Walking through wet grass means my socks get drenched. The rest of the boot is holding up fine, but the soles are clearly an issue. I won't be buying from them again.
