My experience with Western Rise was really disappointing. My order never shipped and when I didn't hear back from their support team, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did they reach out, saying they'd either send the item or refund my money if I dropped the dispute. I believed them and canceled my claim. That was a mistake because after I did, they stopped responding entirely and I'm still waiting for either the product or my money back. The whole situation felt deceptive and unprofessional. My advice is to keep any disputes open until everything is actually resolved, not before.

Still waiting for my order to ship. Like a lot of other customers have mentioned, the lack of real customer support combined with constant shipping delays is pretty unacceptable. The actual clothing is decent quality, but ordering from them is risky because you never know if you'll actually get what you paid for or if it'll take months to arrive. When they do respond to messages it's always polite but completely useless. Looking at their social media, they seem way more interested in posting about their vacations than actually managing their company properly. At what point do you have to wonder if they're serious about running a business or just using it as an excuse to travel?

They market themselves as a go-to brand for travelers who want quality basics that don't require much fussing. The clothing is solid and does what they say it does, but there's definitely some things to know before buying. First, order way before your trip because delivery times can be really slow, which I found out the hard way. Second, the fit isn't totally consistent between orders. I bought the exact same pants a year later in a different color, same size and style, and the new pair came in almost 8 centimeters longer even though both say the same length inside the waistband. So yeah, if you can get past the waiting game and these quirks, you'll end up with solid travel gear.

This has been the most frustrating shopping experience I've had in a long time. I placed an order and after over two months still don't have it or any real explanation. The company kept feeding me different stories about warehouse problems and upcoming shipments, but nothing ever happened. Eventually they told me the item was actually unavailable, which they should have known before charging my card. Their customer service reps are polite enough but they clearly aren't actually paying attention to what they're telling customers or managing their inventory properly. Multiple vague promises and empty reassurances over 60 days was exhausting. I understand delays happen, but the repeated runaround and lack of honesty killed any trust I had. I can't recommend shopping here based on what I went through.

They had issues with their affiliate payment system and ended up not paying their partners. I wouldn't suggest working with this company from that angle.

The pants themselves are good quality. I ordered more through a promotional offer and after I put in my payment information, the discount vanished before it processed. My card got charged full price instead of the sale price. I've sent multiple emails, posted on their social media, and filled out their customer service form but nobody has responded. They went ahead and shipped my order anyway without fixing the charge. The billing issue still hasn't been corrected and they won't get back to me about it.

I wanted something they didn't have in stock so I joined their mailing list. They required a phone number to sign up for notifications about availability, which seemed like the only way to do it. That turned out to be a bad move. I started getting both texts and emails and realized I didn't want text messages from them. Following the instructions in the text to reply 'STOP', I did just that and got charged for it. That's a terrible way to treat someone who hasn't even purchased anything yet. I've completely unsubscribed from all their marketing now. Most companies can send promotional information without it costing the customer money to opt out. This left a sour taste and makes me hesitant to trust them.

They fit way too big for me. The length and width were both just off and not what I was looking for.

Really dig how the fabric moves while I'm walking around. Feels great on the body.

Really happy with how the Evolution pant fits. Ordered a second pair in another color because I liked the first one so much. Grabbed the Merino T as well but it ran big on me. Returning it was straightforward and the customer service team was fantastic to work with.
