The return process here is a nightmare. I spent the whole day trying to handle a return because the size didn't fit, even though the quality of the item was fine. I did everything they asked for and provided photos of the clothing, my receipt, the shipping label, the package, everything. Somehow they claim they can't locate my order in their system. This is especially disappointing because a lot of their customers are seniors or family members caring for older adults, and having to deal with this kind of confusion and aggravation isn't what they need. The company seems like it has good products, so it's a shame the service is so difficult.

Their return policy is absolutely terrible. I sent back shoes weeks ago and my refund still hasn't shown up. On top of that, the cost to return items is way too high. Pretty frustrating overall.

Both the shipping and customer service have been awful. It's taken months to receive anything and they seem completely lost when you try to contact them.

Big warning if you're in Canada: I ordered $387 worth of stuff from Silverts on November 19 and still don't have it. On December 4, I got an email saying it shipped. When I checked tracking on December 17, it showed it's been sitting in a warehouse in Port Reading, New Jersey since December 13. I emailed them asking if they could push UPS to figure out why nothing was moving, and they just told me it should arrive December 25 but that was a holiday so expect December 26. Meanwhile, the tracking still says the exact same thing, stuck in that warehouse. The delivery date has been pushed to January 7 now but it still hasn't budged from that New Jersey location. One of the staff members at my mom's care home mentioned she ordered socks for her mother last summer and didn't get them until November. If you live in Canada, please don't order from this place. The delays are ridiculous and their customer service doesn't exist.

I ordered around $250 in clothes for my mom as a Christmas gift on December 4. The website promised free shipping on Canadian orders over $200. It's now January 3 and we still haven't gotten anything, plus we were actually charged for shipping. When I called them, they said the shipment just crossed the border and we're looking at another week. I understand Canada Post had major holiday shipping problems, but still. They're refusing to refund the shipping charge and offered a gift card instead, which isn't helpful since we won't be ordering from them again anyway. Do yourself a favor and don't order from Canada through this company.

If you're ordering from Canada, think twice about this company. They use UPS for US shipments, but once it hits the border it switches over to Canada Post, which means your delivery timeline gets really complicated. I waited 3 weeks just to get an estimated delivery date on my order. Then Canada Post went on strike and now I have no idea when anything will arrive. I reached out to customer service about the situation, and they told me that new orders will just stay on hold until the strike ends. If that takes months, so does your order. Not cool. I ended up finding a better option with Geri Fashions up in Ontario and had a way better experience with them. Their customer service actually cares.

My elderly uncle's living facility asked me to get him some clothes since it became harder to dress him. Silverts was the only place that had the fleece track pants and polo shirts he loved wearing. I didn't want to put him in cheap scratchy stuff that would remind him of everything he was going through, so I ordered a couple of outfits that evening with regular shipping. The very next day, the facility called to say his health had taken a turn and he probably had about 2 weeks left. I immediately called customer service to upgrade to rush delivery, but they told me the order was already packed and ready for pickup. The representative was so kind and sympathetic the whole time. Within a few days, my order came early all the way across the country. When my uncle saw those clothes, his face lit up. He was so happy and wore them every single day for the week and a half he had left. What Silverts did for us went way beyond just selling products, and I'll never forget their kindness and how they took care of our family during such a difficult time.

Absolutely a rip-off with their return policy. You pay for a return label and then they refuse to give back your original shipping costs. The person I spoke with in customer service wasn't clear about any of this when I was processing my return. For an item I ordered for my 80-year-old relative, I ended up losing $20. Customer service couldn't have been less helpful if they tried.

Their customer service is not dependable and I wouldn't trust them with my business.

Won't be ordering again. Their return process costs more than you'd think. Yeah, the return label is $9.95, which they make pretty clear, but what they don't explain well is that they also hold back the original shipping charges you paid. End result is you're losing about $20 every time you send something back. At least they processed my refund quickly, but that doesn't make up for everything else.
