The post office confirmed they lost the shipment. When I called the company, the representative was awful. She told me it was my problem to deal with the post office and file a claim. I tried explaining that what the post office insures wouldn't cover the full amount and I just needed them to send another one. She hung up on me. I've emailed since then and gotten nothing back. Terrible experience.
Skip ordering directly from this company. You're better off finding their items at Zumiez or Buckle if you can. I placed an order and six months later they suddenly told me it was missing from their system and couldn't locate it. They gave me a refund, but that didn't help since I actually wanted the merchandise. When I asked if they could order it again or assist further, they basically said no.
They charged me $400 without proper explanation. My son created an account and ordered something using my card, which I approved. The order got canceled, probably due to the name mismatch. So I made my own account and placed a new order for his items plus something for myself, bringing the total higher. They charged my card for my order, then two days later charged it again for his order even though that had been canceled a week prior. When it arrived at his address, it was missing the extra item I'd purchased. I called to cancel my order since we didn't need doubles, but their response was confusing. They claimed the package he got was actually mine despite it being delivered to his account and lacking my item. They also denied charging me twice, even when I showed them my bank statements proving otherwise. When I asked them to look at the proof, they hung up on me. This isn't pocket change we're talking about here.
Don't waste your money on this brand. The shipping timeline on their site is completely off, and it's been two weeks since I ordered with zero updates. Customer service won't get back to you either. Everything about it is bad.
Shipping to Canada was expensive at $80, and the whole thing took two weeks to get here. On top of that, customer service never responded to any of my messages.
Their customer service is basically just robots and AI responses. On top of that, they won't refund your sales taxes. You end up paying around $9 in shipping plus tax, and even after you return something, they keep the tax money. Their website is not worth ordering from.
This company is straight up unethical. They charged sales tax on items that shouldn't be taxed in my state. During checkout it said the tax would be refunded on the next page, but when I got the receipt both in my email and in the package, they'd kept the tax. I called three times and sent an email but got nothing back. These are scammers and they're ignoring customers on purpose. Don't buy from them.
My package never showed up and customer service stopped replying to my messages. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from this place.
