When I wanted to swap for a smaller size, they only offered a refund minus $10.99 for shipping, which would leave me with just $9. If I accepted a gift card instead, I'd get the full $19.99 back. So I took the gift card, but when I tried buying the same gowns again, the price had jumped to $44.00. That's totally unfair pricing. I probably won't even use that gift card. This was an expensive lesson that cost me nearly $20.
I ordered something as a Christmas present but they said it wasn't in stock and sent it late anyway. I won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered thick winter robes as Christmas gifts and a heavy robe for myself. The robe wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas so I called and asked them to cancel it. These people went ahead and shipped it to me at the end of March and took money from my bank account without permission. That $20 meant a lot during that time. I've been trying to get the return processed and get PayPal involved to recover my money. I finally got a return label and sent the package back but still haven't gotten a refund. I'm extremely frustrated. I ended up having to print out another label just to deal with this mess. Please don't order from them. Their customer service reps speak different languages and all they do is apologize repeatedly while having absolutely no power to actually solve anything. They're just trained to take your order, scam you, and say sorry.
This store deserves only one star. I cannot trust their return process and never received proper credit for items I sent back. The two-way shipping costs make this place not worth using at all. Would not suggest to anyone.
