One thing to note is they don't send shipping confirmations right away like some retailers do. The tracking info only comes through once the package is actually on the truck. That said, the prices are solid if you're looking to stock up on supplies.

I reached out by phone to ask if they'd extend my club membership since there was nothing available for me to buy during all that time. Their response was basically 'You didn't make any purchases, so we can't help you.' That doesn't make sense when the issue was your lack of inventory, not my willingness to spend money. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
