Took my 15-year-old to an all-ages event back in early September. The venue had kids as young as 8 there too. I noticed a woman in a fishnet shirt with nothing underneath and reported it to staff. They said they'd handle it. Ran into her again a couple times, so I went back and asked them to tell her to cover up or leave. They refused and said it wasn't against their rules. That didn't make sense to me since their own website has a dress code section that clearly prohibits that exact outfit. When I brought this up to other parents, two staff members found us and said we were banned from the place. They walked us right out. I tried contacting the general manager about what happened but never heard back. The bar serves alcohol there, and I noticed the employees weren't even wearing name tags, which seemed odd.

Visited with my grandchildren and their parents in July. Honestly, this whole experience felt like a rip-off to me. The place is packed because they pack in as many people as they can without any crowd limits, clearly just trying to maximize profits. The whole thing bored me. My youngest grandchild only had one COVID shot, so all of us wore masks even though I barely saw anyone else in masks except the staff. It's not very interactive overall, unless you count some ancient arcade games from decades ago. The whole setup seems made for little kids and people on hallucinogens or mushrooms. Even my grandkids, who were three and five, didn't get excited about it. We went on the tram ride up the Sandias the day before and that was way better. Such a waste of time and money. I'm confused by all those five-star reviews I see online. I should've just stayed home, done something different, and saved my cash. It seems like people leaving five-star reviews just haven't done much else to compare it to.
