What Shoppers Say About Yourparade
Yourparade receives predominantly negative feedback from shoppers, with 21 reviews averaging 1.7 out of 5. The most common complaints involve extended delivery times (often around a month), receiving incorrect items, poor customer service responsiveness, and quality issues that emerge quickly after purchase. Multiple reviewers report that products fall apart within weeks despite relatively high price points, and some note that sizing options like bras in larger cup sizes do not provide adequate support. A small number of satisfied customers praise the actual products themselves, though even positive reviewers acknowledge fulfillment delays.
The store's customer service appears to be a significant pain point, with shoppers reporting that attempts to contact support about wrong items or other issues go unanswered. Quality concerns relative to price are consistent across reviews, with shoppers describing materials as flimsy or comparing them unfavorably to lower-cost alternatives. While a few buyers indicate they received products they were happy with, the overall pattern suggests reliability and quality control issues that affect customer satisfaction and willingness to purchase again.

Sorted by: Most recentI ordered two things from this company and it took a month to get here. When the package finally arrived, both items were completely wrong. I got random, low-quality garments that I never ordered. I tried reaching out to customer support several times for help, but they completely ignored me. I was charged $30 for items I didn't want. How does a business operate like this?
Don't believe what this company prints. This is a scummy operation that's hostile toward certain groups of people. Anyway, let's move forward and focus on better things.
UPDATE: Turns out this was actually a USPS problem, not Parade's fault. I really do like Parade and appreciate being able to correct my review. ORIGINAL: I've bought from Parade twice. The actual products are great and I'm happy with them, but delivery is ridiculously slow. It takes about a month to receive orders, which is way too long. They should really have something prominently displayed on their homepage warning customers about this shipping timeline.
Here's the reality: a thirty-dollar bra isn't going to provide proper support if you have natural breasts larger than a D cup. I really wanted this to work and gave it a fair chance, so I'm giving two stars since it's okay for sleeping if you prefer to sleep in a bra. But honestly, it feels irresponsible to sell this bra in larger sizes without upgrading to more supportive fabrics that don't stretch as much, thicker straps, extra closures, and other necessary features. This brand seems like they wanted to disrupt lingerie but never actually tested their products or did their homework. There's a reason stretch velvet doesn't work for bra straps and bands - it provides zero lift or support. The cup design is also problematic. Best case you get a 60s pointy look, worst case the seam placement makes it look like your nipples are constantly showing through any normal shirt. Wearing this feels like wearing nothing, and that's exactly what it provides - nothing.
I got way too excited when I first found this brand and ended up dropping $500 on their stuff. Everything looked super cute and affordable at first, but after wearing these items for just a couple weeks, I'm regretting it. The panties and pajamas are falling apart already. I'm going back to shopping elsewhere. For the price point, the quality is really poor and honestly feels like a scam.
This product is absolutely terrible. You're basically paying ten times the price for dollar store quality material. I spent $75 on two flimsy pieces of thin fabric that I honestly don't think will survive a single wash.
Stay away from this place. I ordered some things that never arrived. When I asked about a refund, they said they'd take care of it, but the money never showed up. They keep telling me to contact my credit card company, but my card company says they haven't received anything from this company. I'm out fifty dollars and can't get it back. Just avoid them.
The positives: I absolutely love the mesh material and the quality is solid. My panties and bodysuit are fantastic and actually better than Cosabella's mesh options, which are delicate and way pricier. The Super Soft fabric line is wonderful too. I own three bralettes in it. Just be careful not to confuse it with their Ultra Soft Re-Play fabric, which sounds similar but isn't actually soft. The negatives are significant: Their return policy is completely unreasonable. You cannot return underwear or bodysuits, and they claim it's for health reasons. I've never encountered this restriction from other lingerie companies I've ordered from. As long as tags are attached and it's within 30 days, I've always been able to return items. The website itself looks unprofessional and cheap, like an intern designed it. It nearly stopped me from purchasing anything because it's not user-friendly at all. They have nice colors available but won't offer the same shade across different styles in the same fabric, making it frustrating if you want to create a coordinated set. Additionally, you can't create an account, so you're forced to re-enter all your information with every single order.
The products fall apart immediately and their customer service is nonexistent. I told them several pairs of underwear started ripping after just one wear. They initially reached out offering a refund, but when I sent pictures as proof, they just stopped responding. That was over two weeks ago and I've sent multiple follow-up emails with no reply.
Every single negative review complaining about Parade's customer service is completely accurate. I've dealt with them regarding a potential partnership and payout, but they constantly get my numbers wrong and customer service basically doesn't exist. They've actually admitted through rare email communications that they have literally just one person manually handling customer service processes that really need an entire department. I have no idea how they expect to run a business this way. I absolutely cannot recommend them. If anything goes wrong with your order, you'll probably struggle to reach anyone and your problems will likely never get resolved. Their team is just too understaffed to handle issues properly or respond in any reasonable timeframe.
