This was awful. I bought 2 sweatshirts and got back 2 worn ones instead. I contacted them about it but never got a response. Nobody followed up with me at all. Don't waste your money on this place. They run things unethically.

They promised to ship in 3 days or less. I needed it by mid-December for a Christmas gift going out of state, so that timeline was crucial. By the 23rd I was done trying to reach their customer service since nobody picks up the phone or returns calls. I sent an email asking to cancel since it wouldn't arrive in time. Their response was that it was too late to cancel, but then they shipped it out two days later on Christmas Eve. They had the chance to stop the order but chose not to. When it finally got to me, I refused it and sent it back. It's still sitting at a distribution center. Their return and exchange policies are terrible. Stay away from this company. It's a total scam!

I'm confused by all these bad reviews! I've been ordering from this company for years and they've never let me down once. Everything arrives exactly as described and the shipping is super fast. My only real complaint is they haven't put their gorgeous colored checkered hats on sale yet! I'm trying to get every color! God Bless and keep up the great work spreading positivity!
