I've been a repeat customer with this company, but I'm done now. The website constantly has glitches, product quality has gone down over time, prices keep going up, and their customer support is really poor. The last time I ordered, I ran into website problems and had to reach out to them. Their response was disappointing - they don't pick up the phone, don't return calls, and don't follow through on what they say. The only time they called me back was after I mentioned leaving a negative review. My order took longer than they promised, and they said they'd refund the shipping fee but never did. I also noticed several cards with rough, unfinished edges, some had marks or stains on them, and some were coming apart on the sides. Shop carefully with this company.

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered graduation announcements for my daughter and paid extra for expedited shipping. When the package arrived, all I got was the envelopes - the actual announcements were missing. I contacted support and had to wait another week for them to send a replacement. When those finally came, the images were way too dark and you couldn't see people's faces clearly. We'd submitted professional photos in high resolution, so that was really frustrating. Very disappointed with how this turned out.

I'd give them ten stars if I could! I ordered personalized envelopes for my save the dates and messed up by rushing through the order and selecting the wrong size. I contacted customer service to let them know about my mistake, and someone named Evelyn took care of it. She asked what I actually needed and reshipped the correct size envelopes super quick and didn't charge me anything extra. My order arrived and the envelopes are absolutely perfect. Thanks to their amazing customer service team for fixing my mistake at no cost to me. These folks provide excellent quality and seriously great support. I'll definitely be coming back for all my future orders!

Really let down by their gold foil work on my place cards. About half of them came out looking washed out and faded. I'm honestly embarrassed to use them. Feels like I just threw money away. Based on feedback I've seen from other customers online, I don't think they're going to step up and fix this problem either.

I'm a stationery designer and I discovered they used one of my original Save the Date designs without permission. It's really not cool to just take someone else's creative work and pass it off as your own. You should shop with companies that actually create their own designs instead of copying from other designers.

Both the customer service and the quality of the product were great. The ordering process from beginning to end went smoothly because the staff managed everything with efficiency and attention to detail. We'll definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Giving this a 4 out of 5 stars. The website is fantastic and I got my wedding invites looking exactly the way I wanted them. My complaint is about the rush shipping option. I dropped an extra 70 bucks for expedited delivery, but my invitations still haven't shown up. Now they're telling me it's just an estimate. That estimate conversation didn't happen when I was paying the extra 70 dollars. I was supposed to get them by mid-December at the latest, maybe even a couple days earlier, but instead I'm looking at waiting until at least the 12th or later. That's basically the same timeline as regular shipping. Don't waste your money on the premium shipping and handling.

I used them years ago when I got married and now order all my holiday cards through them. They've got fantastic customer service!

Ordered baby shower invitations, and a couple days later I realized I'd spelled the mom-to-be's name wrong on the order. I called them right away, but honestly didn't think they could do much since they'd already sent me a notification that the order was being printed. The representative I talked to totally shocked me by saying he'd stop the print job and redo them with the correct spelling. They showed up at my house just two days later and look absolutely fantastic! The whole experience was smooth, the customer service was amazing, and the quality is fantastic. I'm definitely going to use them again!

Got Baby Shower invitations and they're really well made with tons of options to customize colors and fonts. They offer return address printing on envelopes, but here's the really cool part: you can also have them print the guest addresses, add postage, and actually mail them out for you. And it was cheaper than if I'd bought stamps separately and saved me a ton of time. Plus their customer service team was outstanding. Will definitely be ordering again.
