Sorted by: Most recentGot my Schott leather jacket back in August from a marketplace seller located overseas and it arrived surprisingly fast. The fit was actually perfect for me, but as soon as I tried to pull down the zipper, the slider just snapped right off in my hand. After taking a closer look at the zipper mechanism, I noticed one of the bottom teeth was completely gone, which caused the whole thing to fail. I had to take it to a local tailor and shell out 40 bucks to get a brand new zipper put in. When I reached out to Schott directly to let them know what happened, their response was basically that they only help with issues if you bought directly from them. Just wanted to share this experience so other folks know to be careful about where they're buying their Schott jackets from.
