Then more emails saying they couldn't ship it, then another one saying it shipped and came back to them, which isn't true. Called to find out what was happening and the guy said he couldn't explain it for security reasons. Super sketchy and definitely feels like a scam. No idea if my card will ever get credited.
Really let down. The product didn't work, tastes bad, costs too much, and their returns policy is weird - looks like they just resell returned items after charging you a cleaning fee. Not worth the money.

This company's entire operation is misleading and honestly feels like a scam. You won't see anything on their site saying you need a subscription to place an order. You think you're buying something once, but nope. They don't tell you about the subscription part. They grab your card info without permission, sign you up for recurring charges without even sending you a confirmation email, and just start billing you every month and sending you products. On top of that, the price increases over time. Canceling is a nightmare too - you can't do it online and when you try to reach someone they say they'll respond in a few days, which never happens. These business practices are sketchy at best. Some of their actual products aren't bad, which is the frustrating part. I would've kept buying if they weren't running things this way. I had zero problems when I bought their stuff from Amazon before, so that's where I'm going from now on. I can't support a company with such deceptive practices.
