I ordered and got a confirmation, then started getting weird emails asking me to verify my address even though nothing was wrong with it and it was verified through USPS. Then more emails saying they couldn't ship it, then another one saying it shipped and came back to them, which isn't true. Called to find out what was happening and the guy said he couldn't explain it for security reasons. Super sketchy and definitely feels like a scam. No idea if my card will ever get credited.

The daily cleanse is solid and gives me clearer skin, but their probiotic is a problem. Every time I take it my stomach hurts. I stopped for a month and decided to give it another shot to see if it was really the probiotic, and yep, my stomach started killing me as soon as I took it in the morning. This product gets zero stars from me.

Had a VIP membership for over a year and was pretty happy with their products, but circumstances changed and I needed to stop ordering. I told them to cancel, they said they did, and I thought that was the end of it. Then out of nowhere they charged my card over $30 for a supplement I never signed up to receive again. Called customer service and they straight up admitted they restarted my subscription 'accidentally' but wouldn't give me my money back unless I sent the products back first. That's totally unfair. If they made the mistake, I should get my refund immediately. Also they charge you to return stuff, but after I pushed back they finally gave me a free return label. How generous of them.

This company's entire operation is misleading and honestly feels like a scam. You won't see anything on their site saying you need a subscription to place an order. You think you're buying something once, but nope. They don't tell you about the subscription part. They grab your card info without permission, sign you up for recurring charges without even sending you a confirmation email, and just start billing you every month and sending you products. On top of that, the price increases over time. Canceling is a nightmare too - you can't do it online and when you try to reach someone they say they'll respond in a few days, which never happens. These business practices are sketchy at best. Some of their actual products aren't bad, which is the frustrating part. I would've kept buying if they weren't running things this way. I had zero problems when I bought their stuff from Amazon before, so that's where I'm going from now on. I can't support a company with such deceptive practices.
