I placed an order for an Eagles shirt and a sweatshirt back in March and got the shirt after a couple weeks. Still waiting on that sweatshirt though! I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times and haven't gotten any response back. That's not what I'd call good customer service. I really try to give my business to small companies when I can, but what they're doing here is just unacceptable.
I ordered a necklace last year in November and spent about $25 on it, but it never showed up. I was going through my old emails recently trying to get organized and found the order confirmation. Turns out I never got the piece I paid for. When I check the tracking info on their site, it still just says the estimated ship date was 11/21/24. We're now in late February 2025, so there's no way it takes over three months to make and send out a simple necklace. This was actually my first time using the site and I'd never even heard of it before, but I won't be going back. Total waste of money.
I bought a shirt that was supposed to have a specific design on it. When it came, the print was way bigger than what was shown in the pictures - like three times the size. The return process itself wasn't too bad, and customer service told me through email I'd get everything back including my money and the cost to ship it back. But they charged me $8 for return shipping anyway, which they said they wouldn't. I'm done shopping with them. Just want other people to know this happens if you need to return something.
Not happy at all. The support team barely responds to messages and customer service is pretty terrible. I've heard that sellers' accounts get shut down without warning either, which is really concerning.
I ordered two items and got exactly what I asked for. They're wonderful! I'm thinking about ordering two more soon!
The quality of these shirts is really solid and they fit like they should. The design print came out looking great too.
