Ordered two sweaters but only got one. They said the other would come separately. Two months passed with nothing. When I asked them to send it, they refused.

Not sure why Woolovers doesn't get higher ratings. I took a chance ordering from a catalog and they had the zipper cardigans I've been hunting for years. Was worried they'd pill since they're made in China, but I've worn the 4 sweaters I bought almost every day through winter and they're still basically pill-free. My husband figured the British wool might be the difference. I even ordered gifts for family and everyone loves the colors and quality. Shipping from England was incredibly fast - way quicker than anything I've gotten from California. Thinking about ordering more but the styles I like are currently out of stock.

Got my shipment after waiting and most items were correct, but one was completely wrong and another was labeled as an L when it should have been XL. When I held it up next to the same sweater in the correct size, the labeling mistake was obvious. Returning items isn't free and costs are pretty steep either. I've read tons of complaints about customers being abandoned during the return process, so I'm just keeping the wrong sweater. This situation shows a real opportunity for Woolovers to step up their quality control and customer support. Hope they take this feedback seriously.

I'm honestly obsessed with this company. The clothing is reasonably priced and really well made with tons of color choices. Customer service is fantastic and orders ship out within a few days. Haven't had a single problem yet.

Purchased three sweaters - one women's small and two unisex extra smalls. The size measurements were really useful for picking the right fit, and I'm happy with how they all fit. Got a beautiful cerise pink lambswool turtleneck on sale with complimentary shipping, which was perfect. Fair warning though - they do run large.
