I ordered a carbon monoxide detector and received the completely wrong product. It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. I paid extra for expedited delivery too, which makes this even more frustrating.

I'm done with this company. My order was supposed to arrive in two shipments at the same time, but I only received one. Their chat support is the only contact method available, and the person who helped me just took my name and said to expect a response in 48 hours. That wasn't good enough, and the fact that they didn't ask for my order number told me they had no clue what I was talking about. They said there's no phone line available and then shut down the chat. I ended up having to contact the warehouse myself after finding their details on the packaging from the first delivery. The warehouse staff, fortunately, were amazing and got it sorted.

Not acceptable at all, especially since they never requested my order number, so there's no way they actually understood the issue. They refused to give me a phone number and cut off the chat. Eventually I had to contact the warehouse directly using their address from the shipping box. The warehouse staff, thankfully, were absolutely wonderful and fixed everything right away.

When the day came for the appointment, the person measuring called with a bad attitude and questioned whether I actually wanted a kitchen. Of course I did, which is why I scheduled this in the first place! He then tried to do it over the phone and basically said he didn't need to come out. I wasn't impressed, so I found another company to do the job properly. They really lost my business with that interaction.

He then suggested doing it over the phone instead and asked if I still needed him to show up. This completely turned me off, so I called a competitor and they came out to do the measuring. A real missed opportunity for them.

I ordered a two-pack of light oak shelves but got sent white matte floating shelves instead. They couldn't look more different if someone tried on purpose. Now I'm trying to get a refund and return details, but it feels like pulling teeth. Just save yourself the hassle.

The fitters were outstanding, asking us how we wanted things arranged and checking in with us every step of the way to ensure satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with both the final product and the incredible service we received from everyone involved.
