I'm done with this company. My order was supposed to arrive in two shipments at the same time, but I only received one. Their chat support is the only contact method available, and the person who helped me just took my name and said to expect a response in 48 hours. That wasn't good enough, and the fact that they didn't ask for my order number told me they had no clue what I was talking about. They said there's no phone line available and then shut down the chat. I ended up having to contact the warehouse myself after finding their details on the packaging from the first delivery. The warehouse staff, fortunately, were amazing and got it sorted.
