The packaging doesn't make it clear that this has peppermint oil in it. You have to hunt through the details and might just assume it's plain beeswax. The balm I got ended up burning my lips and I can't even use it. I asked about a refund and got nowhere with that either.

I used to be a fan of your stuff until I learned some things I wasn't happy about. You won't be getting my money anymore. I'm extremely upset about the testing practices and the product ingredients you're using. I've thrown it all away and I'm telling everyone I know about this. I'm done with companies that mislead people.

I grabbed their lip balm with vitamin E and peppermint flavor and was let down. The peppermint was really irritating to my lips. I picked it up because Burt's Bees usually makes solid stuff with natural ingredients, but this particular one just didn't work for me. Maybe I'd have better luck with one of their other flavors.

Don't waste your money on their gift cards. My friend sent me a twenty five dollar card for my birthday and I couldn't get it to work on their website. After going back and forth with customer service multiple times they told me it doesn't exist in their system. I will never give this company my business again, they were absolutely unhelpful about the whole situation.
