My Stay Had Multiple Problems. I stayed at this Cancun resort and ran into several problems during my visit. Water started leaking from the ceiling when there was a storm, which was pretty concerning. The membership center told us about all these amazing perks that turned out to be nothing but lies. Here's the thing about their membership services team - they're super attentive and keep checking in on you constantly until the moment you can't cancel anymore. After that point, they basically ghost you on any communication, requests, or complaints. The water has this awful sulfur and sewage smell because they either don't filter it or they use terrible filtration systems, and we even found bugs hanging out in the bathroom. My honest take is skip this company altogether until they actually get their act together and start treating members right.

Watch Out for Fraudulent Practices. I need to warn people about what happens when you sign up for their offerings. They promise you things like bonus weeks or extra points, but then that documentation somehow vanishes before they hand off your account. Once that paperwork is gone, you have zero way to prove what was actually promised. Since the company operates out of Mexico, pursuing legal action isn't really an option. What's really frustrating is that Bank of America backs them up legally because technically you can't show evidence of those verbal commitments, yet you're still responsible for paying through the US bank they work with. It feels like dealing with thieves but through official channels.
