They changed their return policy after I bought from them, making every order unreturnable even though mine was bought when returns were allowed. Customer service reps wouldn't return my calls and I couldn't even post a review on their website. It took six months for my shoes to show up, and when they did they were stiff, poorly constructed and uncomfortable. Just stay away from this place.
I've bought from them several times with good results until recently. Ordered shoes in June that didn't arrive until August, and when they finally showed up they were the wrong fit and looked like they'd already been worn since the soles were dirty. I've emailed them at least six times trying to return them and keep getting automated responses. They've really let down a long time customer and should be embarrassed. Something's clearly changed for the worse there now. I'd tell others to look elsewhere.
This company claims to accept returns, but they really don't. I got shipped the wrong size and there were zero instructions included about how to start a return process. When I tried calling and emailing, nobody picked up the phone and their email responses deliberately avoided giving me a return shipping address. Every time I emailed asking where to send the shoes back, they'd take days to reply and completely sidestep the question. The actual shoe quality was nice, but getting the wrong size means I'm stuck with over $200 worth of boots I can't wear.

The shoe quality is terrible. They talk about empowering Guatemalan workers but I'm skeptical that's actually happening. Whoever made mine either wasn't properly trained, was overworked, or didn't have the right equipment. For what I paid for these awful shoes I could've flown down there myself and hired someone competent to make them.
