I'm really let down by Shoppers Stop and how bad their delivery and customer service are. It's been over a week since I ordered and still nothing. For a supposedly premium brand, this is unacceptable. The customer service is even worse - I call every day and get fake apologies, robotic responses, and promises that mean nothing. They say it'll be fixed in a day or two but nothing changes. Nobody gives me straight answers about where my order is. One time they blame the delivery guy, next time it's the system, and sometimes they just hang up. The whole thing is unprofessional and careless. If they can't deliver in eight days, they should at least give honest updates or just refund me. Instead, they're wasting my time and stressing me out.

This website is completely fake and the customer support is the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a wallet in January and got the wrong color. I waited until late January for a replacement and it was still the wrong color. Now it's mid-February and my problem still isn't fixed after a month. All I get are generic responses saying they're working on it. Don't throw your money away on this fake site.
